Negative experience: My review was deleted and filtered by the owner, so I will provide proof that I was there December 10th. Proof of purchase, and photos provided. Tried a new barber wednesday, showed pictures of my past haircut, a picture of what the hair cut is based on, and felt like I effectively communicated prior to the cut. No other questions were asked. I said it started with a 1 on the back, with scissor cut on top, and a 2 on the sides. The pictures all showed a blend. Here’s what I got, a 1 from the back of my neck to the top of my head, and a 2 that went so high I felt the entire trimmer above my ears. I was never shown what the back looked like until I was able to see it at home.

Fantastic experience: Stumbled upon on this place and dont regret stepping in the shop. Made my appointment with Carlos Santiago and he impressed me with taking his time and not rushing and his attention to detail. Will def continue coming but what impressed me the most was as I was waiting, I watched the rest of the barbers, did not see one person rushing to get to the next. They took their time and made sure the cut was to the satisfaction of the customers, including the younger kids. Definitely recommend this shop.

Negative experience: Worst cut I’ve ever got, grew my hair out for 6 months for this cut and came here. Told them to give me a modern mullet and bro gave me something that I can’t even describe he fades my sides to short, he cut my entire mullet I had grown for months off, literally showed bro a picture of the cut I wanted and he gave me something COMPLETELY different. He basically gave me a buzzcut. DO.NOT.COME.HERE. I don’t even believe they have licensed barbers they just hire whoever will work for them. Waste of money and time and progress of my hair. Trust me it’s not because of my hair because my hair was grown out long for 6 months.

Fantastic experience: This place rocks! Never have waited more than 10 minutes its quick but still clean. Everyone is always polite and the music is on a good shuffle of a little bit of everything. Y’all should get a beer & wine license too, make it really top tier.
