Fantastic experience: I saw miss kim for the first time the other night and wow! it wasnt just a haircut with her. She gave me an entire experience. She had started with doing my taper underneath the bulk of my hair which was as blurry as ive ever seen, and lined up the front and back without pushing me back (which has been issues with other barbers). she then washed my hair and im not too sure but i think i fell asleep LOL which should tell you how relaxing her service was. She completed the cut with scissor work and put layers into my curls which made them perfectly round and not flat. Absolutely love the cut and will def only be seeing her now.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. They specifically have a policy about respecting the barbers time regarding no shows and cancellations. I made an appointment at 3:15 with ANY stylist/barber and arrived early. 3:35 rolls around and I still haven’t been helped for my appointment, I left and will make sure to never come back. Is there a policy for when customers get no showed?

Negative experience: Had high expectations given the good reviews but was greatly disappointed. Not worth the money, could have gotten a better haircut at Supercuts for less than half the price. Fantastic experience: Hollywood does a great job. It was the best haircut I got in years. It was also very fast. It typically takes barber 45 min- 1 hour but Hollywood got me cleaned with hair and beard in 20 mins.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I got a beard line up and shape and Hollywood was the barber. Phenomenal dude with years of experience! He was professional and did an outstanding job. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Hollywood works Wednesdays-Sunday and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sam is the only person I’ve let touch my hair for three years. Her fades are so clean the EPA brands it’s filters after her. She cuts hair so smooth she could shave a balloon and it wouldn’t pop

Fantastic experience: Great establishment, very clean and welcoming, Tiff was my son’s stylist and she was great. She looked at our reference photo and talked to my son about what he wanted, and she gave him the exact haircut he was looking for. Negative experience: JAX is my hometown, but I don't live here. Came in town for a visit and made an appointment to house of shaves for a head shave and face shave. The good: setting up appointment online is easy. The staff was very polite and professional. The bad: as you can see in the pictures, I'm going to have to buy a razor and shave myself. The barber left spots with un-shaved hair still in place. I fully expected better, since I paid 90 for the service. I still gave a nice tip to the barber out of politeness. I'll continue my search for a barber who really knows how to give a head shave. I do miss Art of Shaving barber shop, best barber for head shaving I've ever experienced.
