Negative experience: I had a bad experience and received the worst haircut. I was sitting in the second chair from the left, right next to what I believe is the owner’s chair. After the haircut, I asked him to clean up my beard and mustache, but he did not do a good job with that either.

Negative experience: I typically don’t leave reviews of places, but the customer service here was terrible. There was one barber at the front that was nice and greeted me when I walked in. He said somebody would be with me in a little. I gave a courtesy call about 30 to 45 minutes prior letting them know I would be there. After about 45 minutes of waiting and watching two barbers, clean up and sit there and one of them left I decided to leave. I understand barbers like to book appointments, but saying hello or we will be with you next could’ve changed my whole perspective. I support local businesses and like to try new barbers, but I would not go back to this one!

Iv been looking for a Hispanic barber because I have Hispanic hair but they are diverse with different types of barbers. My barber Scion was Hispanic like myself so he definitely knew what he was doing. Fair pricing and definitely recommended.

Negative experience: ***********WARNING*************** Mike was my only barber for over the last two years. Paid him a lot of money to cut my hair every 2-3 weeks. He was ok, we got along, even texted each other some workout tips until he became very unprofessional and rude to me over a mistake he made. I made and appointment with Mike recently for 11:55. Showed up right on time to see mike finishing up with a haircut so I sat in the waiting area for a couple minutes. He finished the haircut and as I got up to go to his chair he called up another client at 12 o’clock. Kinda confused about my appointment I scheduled for 11:55 I got up and left because I had some stuff to go grab, came back 30 minutes later to find a new person sitting in his chair about to get their haircut. I left again without a haircut because I had a meeting to go to. Mike texted me later blaming me for showing up at 1230 for my appointment, I told him I was there at 11:55 for my appointment I scheduled at 11:55. He responded with, I didn’t see you, and instead of owning up to his mistake he continued to blame me. He puts on a nice guy act but watch out this dude has way to big of an ego to ever be wrong. Super unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: We relocated to this area about five years ago. I've had a hard time finding a barber to do just what I want. I found Mike, the owner, and am more than satisfied with his haircuts. Mike doesn't disappoint. I read the reviews about the waiting room chairs and I admit the other ones were more comfortable. I asked Mike if he plans on replacing the chairs and Mike said they are on order and have been backordered.

Fantastic experience: The barbers here are always friendly. You can call and make a reservation, or just walk in. They don't take credit cards, but they have an ATM in the barber shop and they take cash in addition to various payment apps. I cannot recommend this place enough. Zach did an outstanding job.
