Negative experience: Failed to be open during its open hours. Being 30 minutes late to your job means you miss out on customers.

Negative experience: Shop timing starts 9am. Been waiting till 0930am. No show Not a good start mate

He was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what I wanted. The fade was super clean, the beard was lined up perfectly, and he paid great attention to detail. The shop has a relaxed vibe, and I didn’t have to wait long. It was a walk-in, and the price was really good for the quality of the cut. Negative experience: Do NOT recommend!!! Took my 10 yr old son in for a tapered fade and gave the barber a picture of what he wanted. I double checked that he could definitely cut to the exact style because my son was very nervous. While cutting my son’s hair, he spoke to his friend the entire time and seemed to rush through my son’s cut. When he finished, my sons hair was not faded but just cut shorter around his head - he had cut off so much length from the top of my sons hair which was not requested and it was all un-even at the front by his face. When I explained that what he has done was not the same as the picture and showed him the difference, he told me that the kid in the picture had a different sized head and that it was the same. I explained that he’d cut my son’s hair too short and that it was un-even. He went to fix the un-even lengths and I told him just to leave it, but he stood in front of me and cut it anyway, making it even shorter! I told him again to leave it as it was already not right. I explained again that my sons hair was nothing like the style he asked for and that he shouldn’t have cut any of the length at the top but he just kept telling me it was right. I could see my son was about to burst into tears and he begged to leave so I paid the $30 and left. My son ended up leaving with practically a bowl cut and burst into tears outside the shop. This barber was incredibly dismissive and sadly ruined my son’s hair. We came in for a tapered fade and left with what was close to a bowl cut from the front of his face.

Negative experience: Really bad hair cut The fade was obviously “not faded” The actually haircut was not even and the barber decided to cut hair off the front of his head when he was multiple times not to, and then proceeded to say he done it because the hair was going in my sons eye TJ barbers has fixed it up and even they were surprised at the quality this barber had done Worst barbers ever!

Then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this is their 4th time. my two sons are always extra "ticklish" when getting their lining done. But he is always patient and makes them so comfortable. Thank you Sir. Negative experience: My Brother just asked for a trim and said it was going very well untill the end. The person started to shave his head when we just siad to use scissors as he as currly hair and ended up cutting it way to short. he was very upset when we picked him up he was crying.

Negative experience: I am expecting a full refund after the experience that my partner had at your shop! Not only was her haircut far from what she asked for, but the MANGER crossed so many boundaries regarding her personal life… My partner was asked multiple questions regarding her sexuality, (which she would usually be happy to answer) however, the questions she was being asked began to cross multiple boundaries. This was very unprofessional, especially coming from the manager. She expressed that she was now uncomfortable answering such personal questions, yet, the questions as well as homophobic comments continued. I rang this morning, hoping to clear the air, and was told to ring back after 5 minutes, I am now getting no answer what so ever! I am very disappointed in the homophobic treatment that my partner received from the manager at this store yesterday, I hope to be in contact with him soon regarding this situation, and hopefully we can come to a resolution. Edited response: This was my only way of communicating with you as you are not answering the phone. You have possibly blocked my partners number now too? You knew that I was speaking about my partner without me even needing to mention her name, meaning, you were aware of the situation… I was polite when speaking with you over the phone this morning, I was hoping that we could come to a resolution that suited both parties. I guess not.
