Negative experience: Came in for a haircut and asked if they take walk-ins. They said sure, come back in 45 minutes and we can do it. Came back in 45 minutes when they told me and they already took someone else. I can understand if I was late that they would take someone else but come on, I was there on time. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I came back, I think they knew they screwed up.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t paid for a haircut in 30 years (been doing my own buzz cuts), but decided to give this place a go—no regrets at all. Great chat, top service, and the cut came out exactly how I wanted. Will definitely be back.
