Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed by my experience with Grafton Barbers. I am a woman with short hair, and I was very disappointed to be turned away and refused a haircut because I am female. I have used Grafton Barbers at other locations, including in Dublin, and I have never previously been refused a haircut or experienced any issue because of my gender. That is why I found this particular experience especially disappointing and upsetting. I had simply wanted to use the barbering service like any other customer. I believe all customers should be treated fairly and made to feel welcome, regardless of gender. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case on this occasion, and I left feeling very disappointed by the way I was treated.
Negative experience: Normally go to Grafton barber where I live because they have a very good standard of haircut. Was down visiting my mother and said I'd go over to navan to get a haircut and this is what I ended up with. Got shown just the back from the left side when she pulled up the mirror and thought it looked grand. When I got home my wife asked me what is after happening to my hair and took these pictures. Absolutely awful haircut and I wouldn't recommend using this barber at all

Negative experience: Asked for a 0 on the side blended in and trim the top because I put spikes in my hair. 10 second into the cut he hit my ear with the razer continued the blend the side in gelled my hair I asked wat about the top of my head he didn't touch the top of my hair. I stood up in going to walk away after paying in anger.i put my jumper on and he called me back to fix some of the blend on the back of my head. Skinny brown guy do not let him touch your hair

Fantastic experience: Always bring my son here to Stephen, having a child with Autism can be hard at times especially for hair cuts, Stephen is patient and kind and gets the job done. My husband and other child go here too and we would never pass them, all the staff are lovely they always have a good chat and a good laugh.

Positive experience: Nice haircut and friendly member of staff. However, the hot towel they gave me post cut was musty. Suggest they are given a proper wash in biological detergent and dried properly before they are used again

Negative experience: Charged 22 euro for the same haircut I was only charged 17 for the last time Last time going here
Hi Jason, Our Standard Gents Dry Trim is €22 and wouldn't have ever been €17. It's possible you were incorrectly charged on your first visit. Either way, we appreciate the custom and welcome you back in the future should you change your mind.

Negative experience: I sent my two sons into their regular barbers while I went and did the Christmas food shop. Their regular barbers had a queue out the door so my eldest decided not to wait and try another two barbers in the town, who were also out the door busy. They came across the Grafton barbers in the shopping centre and decided to go there as there was no queue. You charged my kids €35, yes that's thirty five euro, for two student haircuts that look like they were done by a blind trainee dog groomer. Avoid if possible.
Negative experience: Stood waiting for 25 minutes toget my son hair cut and then told by the rude short blonde fella they were closing. Parking not the cheapest so could have told me when the 3 staff were looking at me in the beginning that were closing at 7pm and wouldn't have the time. He more else laughed in my face very rude. Said it to a friend what happend and said if I knew you were going to there Id advice not as they had a rude experience before. Lucky Peter marks fitted my 9 year old in and was only €14.00 wouldn't recommend this place.

Negative experience: Visited the Navan branch yesterday, 3rd of November around 5:01:31, the lady who attended to my partner, spoke no English, instructed her to cut my partner's hair and gave him an awful one, still long hair, as if he just got a trimmed one, charged us €15. We are not happy at all! The worst experience ever!

Negative experience: Terrible establishment with rude staff who don't follow the honour system at all! I was blatantly skipped after sitting there for an hour and was only shrugged at when I called it out. I was then told that they were closing and she never even cut my hair. An hour of my life wasted for nothing! I'm never going back to this place again.

Negative experience: Unprofesional, rude, rushed and no customer service at all. Charged €16 just for a haircut (it was a childs haircut and it was rushed) Checked the prices later and i was told it is €12 weekdays and €13 weekends. I felt cheated, Never going back there again
