Negative experience: Worst haircut I’ve ever had. The owner did my hair, and honestly, he shouldn’t be doing this job anymore. I asked for a skin fade, but he had no control over the machine at all, he had to hold it with both hands just to keep it straight. The result was a complete disaster. As soon as I got home, my family immediately asked what horrible haircut I had gotten. I’ve had haircuts from other barbers here before and they were fine, but this is the first and last time the owner cut my hair. Sorry, but he should consider retiring instead of doing this job.

Positive experience: Thought the haircut was Ok til I got home and my son pointed out it was higher on one side and not faded in properly at the back

Fantastic experience: I've been living in Navan for over 10 years and Tara Barbers are by far the best Barbers in Navan (and I have tried them all). I also get my sons hair cut here and he's very comfortable with the staff. Very friendly staff and owner is there most days. Very competitive prices and complimentary drinks while you wait. They also have a loyalty card so every 10th cut is free. Highly recommend A+++++

Negative experience: owner shouldnt be a barber at this place cant make proper fades, i can tell hes no experience at all, wouldent recommend him at all, any of the women there is perfect ur better off going to them!

Negative experience: Went for a walk in haircut. Said I wanted a 1 low fade, she wanted to give me a zero fade, I had to insist on it being a 1. Firstly the haircut, it is uneven and one side is higher up than the other. Secondly the beard trim, I had being growing my beard fir a few moths a d asked fir a little bit off to shape it and blend it into the fade, whilst also keeping the neckline and cheek lines as high as possible. However, the beard was shown way down to begin with to a blade 3 or 4 which I specifically said I didn't want a blade as they are too short. Furthermore, she took the cheek lines way down in the complete opposite way that I asked for it to be done. I even stopped during it to repeat not to take the cheek line any lower amd she went for it anyway and then proceeded to take voth lower ad they weren't matching. It was at this point I noticed the uneven hairline but I thought best not to say anything or I may end up with a mowhawk. Absolutely, shocking amd would not recommend.

All I can say is occasionally their can be a misunderstanding and I think unfortunately that was the case. Again sorry you were unhappy on your visit to the shop. Negative experience: There are 2 female that cant even do a skin fade. Firstly i asked for a Crop Hairstyle, they didnt understand what i mean.. ok. Then i said i want a skin fade on sides, in the end i felt like i got punished.. Really bad, a simple skin fade that cant be done. Very unprofessional!
