Negative experience: Owner was trying to flirt with my husband when he was getting a haircut, not the first I’ve heard of this behaviour either from other women. Embarrassing and unprofessional, especially when the attention is not wanted, avoid

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking experience. While I was getting my hair cut, my earring was caught and ripped straight out of my ear, leaving me bleeding. I understand accidents can happen, but what I can't accept is the way it was handled. Instead of apologising or showing any concern, I was told, "Maybe you shouldn't wear earrings getting your hair cut next time." That response was completely dismissive and very unprofessional. At no point did anyone seem genuinely concerned that I had been injured by their own hands. Customer service isn't just about giving a good haircut,it's about taking responsibility when something goes wrong. A simple apology and a bit of empathy would have made a huge difference, but instead I was made to feel like being injured was somehow my own fault. I won't be returning, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting professional or respectful treatment for that matter.

Negative experience: Absolutely heartbroken by how our family was treated. My young, autistic cousin went in for a haircut and after all the effort it took just to get him there, the blonde woman with glasses refused to cut his hair while he was distressed. The lack of compassion and empathy was shocking. We understand not every barber is comfortable cutting every child’s hair, but there is a respectful way to handle these situations. Instead, the experience was embarrassing, upsetting and left our family feeling humiliated. Kindness costs nothing. DO BETTER!
