Fantastic experience: got my seconds and my high conch done on my ears, rhona is great at the service she provides. very pleasant woman. if you’re looking to get any piercing done, the staff will do it an exceptional job with high quality stunning jewellery. 5 stars, 10/10 couldn’t recommend more

Negative experience: Went in to get a piercing change, unfortunately less then 24 hours after getting new jewellery put in (I bought the jewellery in the shop) by themselves my piercing has become severely infected when it was perfectly fine before. For the price I expected it to be cleaned properly and to be good quality jewellery.

Fantastic experience: I got a couple of ear piercings done here. The customer care is second to none. Rhona is exceptionally professional and really excellent at her job, in addition to being an all round lovely person. The studio is everything one would expect from a piercing studio - private, clean and hygienic. The pricing is competitive and good value. The selection of jewellery is impressive. I will absolutely come here again for piercings and jewellery and will recommend same to others.

Negative experience: Asked for a skin fade into a 1. Was only blended on one side. Started using an electric razor on the side burns of my beard which i didnt ask for and ONLY done one side aswell. For some reason started trying to reshape my hairline with a cutthroat razor which i also didnt ask for and it looks different on both sides too! Top it off this whole thing took about 40 minutes. Only got to see it clear when I left and was home. Joke of a shop. Barber just did his own thing.
