Negative experience: Called up to book appointment Friday afternoon but only accept walk ins. Told to get there for 5:30pm as shuts at 6pm on a Friday. Get there before 5:30pm and the door is locked and the barber shaking their head wording ‘we’re closed’. Team downstairs who man the phones made a joke about it and said come back tomorrow. Shocking service. Wasted journey!

Negative experience: Twice was given a hardtime by the staff for 'having a lot of hair'. Last time when I was leaving I heard the female staff member complaining to another customer that it had been 2.5 months since my last visit. Hair cut was ok and cheap but wouldn't recommend anyone go somewhere as they seem to not respect paying customers
