Fantastic experience: Had my young son in for his first haircut today with Jody he was extremely anxious about the whole experience I have to thank all the staff for making him feel welcome I was surprised to see him smiling. He cant wait for school tomorrow to show off his "fresh fade"

Fantastic experience: Every time I walk into The Upper Room barbershop, I am greeted politely by all the staff. The atmosphere is always energetic and positive, especially on Fridays. The shop itself is spotless, and the quality of haircuts is top-notch. I prefer The Upper Room over any of the other local barbers in the Dún Laoghaire area. You are sure to leave with a smile on your face keep up the great work lads :)

Negative experience: Not a pleasant experience. Shop is filthy, work tops, floor filthy and smells, dog food left in a bowl in a gated area in the corner of the shop. Government guidelines not adhered to re Covid 19,re precautions. Staff and other clients not wearing masks, no airing filtration in place. Windows and doors closed. Felt anxious, nervous. When asked re the wearing of PPE the Owner replied "No need we are vaccinated"! No consideration for the public / children /vulnerable people. Would not recommend , doesn't deserve any stars.
