Hi Max, I’m really sorry you left feeling so disappointed with your haircut. I completely understand that it wasn’t what you asked for, and I’m sorry you felt you weren’t listened to during your haircut.
We’d really like the opportunity to put this right. We can either offer you a full refund for your haircut or, if you’d prefer, a complimentary haircut with myself the owner to work with you on getting the shape and style you originally wanted. We as a team sorry again.

Negative experience: It is one of those places where the barber will not do what you ask and do what they "think is best" I left the barber's mortified with how I looked. He slicked my hair completely back with hair spray. I came in with my hair hair sprayed down in a fringe so it was obvious as it could be that slick back was not what I wanted at all. I partly think it was done out of spite.
Hello, sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, I'm the owner of the shop, may I ask what time you came in and what day because I was there the whole day and a woman didn't come in at all that day. I am willing to help you in all the ways I can and sorry again for your experience with us.

Fantastic experience: A visit to Creative Barbers is a delightful treat, where the skilled hands of Zayn transform a routine trim into an uplifting experience. It's not just about the haircut or the beard shaping; it's the luxurious sensation of the hot towel shave that truly sets it apart, showcasing Zayn's dedication to his craft. This attention to detail ensures that every client leaves feeling like they're on top of the world, with a fresh look to match their elevated spirits. If I could rate Creative Barbers with 6 stars I would as it is more than deserving of all the plaudits they receive. Thanks again and see you soon
