Fantastic experience: Great service very professional

Negative experience: My grandad who is 80 had an appointment there on Friday and they wouldn't cut his hair, kept telling him his appointment was at different times etc trying to confuse him when I myself booked the appointment and was told the appointment was at 12.10. He ended up leaving after not getting a hair cut at all. The staff were so rude to him also an absolute disgrace

Negative experience: Went in as a walkin in at 11.30am place was empty. Asked do they take walk ins as it says on the door walk ins welcome but was told no not til later on. Woman wasn't very welcoming either. I'd understand not takinnme if there was people in the shop but it was empty..

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in they do appointments as well , the lovely staff fitted me in for a head and beard trim .. lovely comfortable waiting area .

Negative experience: Great barbers but don’t understand why they don’t take walk ins even when there are no other customers in shop has to be by appointment only it’s ran more like a hairdressers than a barbershop only takes ten minutes to cut a man hair we’re it take an hour or more to do a woman’s hair so I can understand why you need to book in to a hairdresser I just go somewhere else now we’re I don’t have to book was going here for the last three years but I still have to say they are good barbers you get good hair cut

Negative experience: Avoid this place!! Staff(Joanna) do not have the professional decency/courtesy or call it customer service skills (bare minimum) to ask or enquire if a person has an appointment.After waiting 45 mins Joanna takes in a customer (who told her to let my son have his cut first as we were waiting a while before him )but she pulled him to the till area and tells him whatever and then asks me if I have an appointment that's after waiting 45mins and another kid and missus waiting in the car outside and it's not the first time we have gone in there to get hair cuts we have been going there for at least 3+ years without appointment and they do advertise walkin welcome but it's picky choosy with walkins now .Joe used to cut my sons and my hair and it was a great craic but now the standard is horrible and I for one will bring the monthly haircuts somewhere else. Avoid this place.1730-1815 approx.

Negative experience: Went down on my lunch to get a hair cut. 2 girls were busy with customers and 1 other waiting so I decided to wait around. 1 of the girl finishes her job and takes the fella waiting. In meantime a customer comes in and when the other girl finishes she calls him to the chair. Then she walks over to me ( after now waiting 35 mins ) and asks if I have a appointment. I say no, she’s says ok give me a min. Comes back and says how is 5pm ( this is 3.15). Awful way to run a business, I appreciate if people have apps booked then they get looked after, but why not ask me straight away if I had one booked instead of letting me waste 35 mins of a lunch break. Won’t be back

Fantastic experience: I attended up skill course. Best teacher around if you are looking to start off your barbering career or up skill yourself then Agnes is the person to go too top barber and teacher. She has patience with students, explains and shows how to seek a goal.
