Positive experience: RONAN is one of the best Barbers around. However, on a recent visit, had the misfortune to have my hair done by a barber who didn't do anything that I asked.... just kept on talking rubbish and eventually left me with a totally shaved head, no shape... It will be awhile before I need to get my hair cut again, but won't risk returning here.

Positive experience: Personally know the owner so my review might be biased. They do operate a good service. The owner is a good man that works hard to look after both his customers and staff. Prices are reasonable. Unlike a close by alternative barber setup, the staff in this location will try to get to you as quick as possible.

Fantastic experience: A haircut is more than just the look you leave the shop with. It’s everything to do with the experience you have while you’re sitting in the chair, and, more often than not, if you have a good experience you’ll find you’re gonna leave with exactly what you came in for. I’m not a native of Drogheda - I live a good distance away, as a matter of fact - but I was down for the Fleadh and stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place. From the moment I stepped in through the door, I could sense an easy going, give and get atmosphere that put me right at ease. The two lads working there were thorough and extremely customer focused. What do I mean by this? A great barber will keep you in craic the whole time he is focused on giving you exactly what you’ve asked for. He’ll exceed your ultimate expectations of style while, at the same time, conduct an engrossing conversation relevant to what you care about while the job is underway. I don’t normally do reviews, but when something is this good, I really feel the world should know. This is, without any shadow of a doubt, the best barber shop I have ever had the pleasure to walk into and, despite the distance - some 20 miles or so - I plan to return until such time as I have no hair. Best barber shop ever!!!
