Negative experience: I have been getting my cut here every month in the last 2 years but today's cut has been the most disappointing by far! I just had my hair colored ash gray a week ago, the color is so lovely and hair has since grew a little so I just wanted to have a clean and polished cut. I asked the gentleman politely (he seemed really nice) to TRIM my hair by cutting just the excess hair coming out of the side and bottom parts of my head. I want to keep the volume of my hair I further added as I don't want to lose all my precious hair with that lovely ash gray color. I specifically asked NOT to use clippers and just use the scissors and his talented hands should be quite enough, but damn! The guy went ahead as if going for a semi-buzz cut, shedding so much hair so I immediately stopped him but it was too late! I had no choice but just to get him to clean cut my hair. I am so upset I could not even write this review clearly! In addition, did you just raise your cut to €18.00? You only use to charge €14.00 for a simple cut!

Negative experience: Tall fellah with curls on the second last chair should find a new job as he can't cut hair he is terrible and butchered my trim done the complete opposite then what I asked him to do

Negative experience: Did not listen to me. I have been letting my hair grow. I asked him not to cut anything off the length. Only to tidy it up by thining it. He cut two inches of my hair. My sides are now short. My fringe is gone and I now need to goto another barbers to have it fixed becaise I now have no shape. TERRIBLE experience from an ignorant barber. My hair looked better before I had it cut.

Negative experience: I’m not one to leave reviews but this is by far the worst barbers I’ve ever experienced. The barber closest to the wall cut my hair today and gave me a completely different haircut to what I asked for. Dropped his razor and almost hit me in the eye and cut my neck too. I also did not see any barber clean any of their equipment when I was there. To top it off I was charged €25 for my troubles. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid

Positive experience: Have been going here since it opened some years ago. Have been paying €15 for a basic scissors cut but the price went up to €20 today. Shortest ever time in the chair and I was the only one in the shop at 11am.

Negative experience: Hi this the anonymous bill collector speaking here ive gotten a horrible rash at the top and sides of my hair its now spreading down to my chest and nips THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEYRE EQUIPMENT

Negative experience: The man cutting my hair did not cut the top of my head even though I specifically told him to at the start. When he said he'd finished, I asked him again to cut the top, to which he got angry and frustrated at me. He did cut the top in the end, but I'm not wasting my time coming here again. I understand if there's a language barrier, but if that causes misunderstandings, you can't get angry and frustrated at your customers like that. The man that was taking my payment was nice and respectful though, just a shame he wasn't the one cutting my hair.
