Negative experience: It should have been 0 stars. My husband showed them a reference picture that was completely ignored. On top of that the haircut is uneven and looks like made by a 5-year old. I would have done it better myself and I have no experience. Very unprofessional would not recommend to anyone who wants more than a buzz cut.

Negative experience: Booked first slot on a Sunday morning, 9am. Can't fault the service, although the barber was very mechanical with my 7 year old son. No interaction whatsoever, just turning his head up and down. The main issue however, was the cleanliness and smell. I presume the premises were not cleaned at all on Saturday night as there was loads of hair scattered around. Foul smell was was pretty strong, there was a large tub full ow towels so so that might have been the source

He is nervous of haircuts (age 7) but they are great with him and put him at ease. they always do a brilliant job and good price for a kids cut. Great on-line booking system via banksy app which is super convenient and they offer a good range of opening times including Sundays. I have been to a couple of barbers with my son and to be honest I have found it daunting going to some places but not here. Great group of fellas always really welcoming when I bring my son - I would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
