Fantastic experience: Amazing. Gave me what I needed and it didn’t take long at all. Very friendly staff too

Negative experience: You get your moneys worth. Wanted sides done whilst keeping front long but ended up with hair so thin I can’t even style it for my life, side done ok but went too high. Felt very rushed and rough. Probably a good place for people wanting very short hair though

Negative experience: I have medium length hair and I asked for a trim. I specifically told him how much to cut from each side and I even showed him a picture of myself with the cut I wanted. The guy completely did the opposite of what I said. He cut my hair way too short, cut way too much from the back. He did the cut in less than 10 minutes and the effort given was minimal. They don’t even take Apple Pay which was annoying. Only come here if you want chopped hair. Terrible and never coming back, please do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here.

Fantastic experience: Recently travelled in for my haircut from Blackpool after being recommended that I try here for my "wedding haircut". All the staff was chatty and friendly when I walked in and Kaz did an amazing job with my cut and beard trim. 10/10 and Ill be back to travel in again

I've noticed they make an effort to be respectful and welcoming to all. The quality of haircuts and beard trims are exceptional and the hot towel & additional grooming is given as standard

Negative experience: Aside from the amazingly cheap price of the haircut here, I’d have no reason to reccomended this place, the tools used were mediocre, however what sucked about this place is the fact that the people in the shop can barely understand english, and rarely attempt to speak to you I have once asked for a mid taper fade, only to receive something, that was not a fade at all, and when I was asked about the fringe, I told to bloke about a 1cm and a half, he proceeded to just say “Eyebrows?” and cut off about 5-6ish cm of my fringe, to the point my fringe was now above my eyebrows and exposing my (unfortunately massive) forehead, which kinda sucks, I’m probably gonna stop going here all together. Would advice people with a fiver or so to spare, to avoid this place and maybe try get an appointment at somewhere like Barba in town

Fantastic experience: Not local to Preston but needed a cut while in town and could not fault the service I received here or the price. I left with a perfect haircut, exactly what I asked for which is often not the case for me with new barbers or one offs. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I have had with skin fade, I am a student and I like to go for regular haircuts but it's not worth it. Some barbers are rude, they no longer care about the service. I would not suggest to anyone to trust all the barbers in that shop.
