Fantastic experience: I have only just started going to Ciyanis for a head and face shave but I only wish I had found him sooner! Ciyani is extremely welcoming into his shop entering feeling quite scruffy and then leaving feeling refreshed and clean. The products he uses work well for me as I tend to experience reactions to certain creams etc but no reactions at all. Ciyani doesn't rush and takes his time and will also have a chat about the football with you as well! Definitely worth a visit and my head is like a well polished cue ball when I leave.

Fantastic experience: What a gent. This man goes above and beyond my expectations. He will always try to fit you in and always does a great job. I normally have an all-over zero grade , hot nose wax, plus ears. I also have a shave and hot towel, which helps my slightly dry skin, and then he puts a fair amount of moisturizer back into my skin with a great head massage. Negative experience: Very good barber but also other local barbers are as well. ClYANI now charges £14.00 for Old Age Pensioners . The other local barbers charge £9.00 or £10.00. . His prices for those who are not pensioners have also gone up. I understand rising cost but still a big difference from the other very good barbers in the area.

Negative experience: Been for a cut today with my brother. Don't know if it cultural differences or what but found him really rude and me referred to me as 'she'. As he advertises as a mens hair stylist I showed him a picture as my brother wanted a longer style. He appeared grumpy and was not interested to what I had to say not very welcoming at all. Went there due to good reviews but that was a mistake.

Negative experience: I have used this barbers a couple of times and have been happy with the haircut provided although, I had a appointment just before Christmas but unfortunately fell ill and which resulted in testing positive for coronavirus. I used the correct procedure to cancel the appointment through the booking app. Between now and then I have gone and booked another appointment to then have it cancelled and told not to return due to him “loosing money”. This seems pretty unreasonable if somebody has cancelled for the first time and is ill. If it bothers you that much you should charge a cancellation fee or take a deposit. Clearly a very arrogant man with a poor business model & customer service.
