Negative experience: Awful. Avoid, they had no work and still refused to serve me. I waited 40 minutes and they wouldn't even speak to me.

Negative experience: Refused service even though they had no customers, asked for a refresh on my undercut. Went to the corner to supercuts and got serviced there instead. Rude and not even bothered to look me in the eye. Both men said we don't do fades or undercuts here. While they had just served a young boy and his dad.

Negative experience: Turned up for my 2:30 appointment and was told that my appointment didn’t matter and I’ll just need to join the back of the line and wait which was 1/2 hours. I specifically booked this appointment (which they confirmed) because I had an event on in a few hours so I had to leave with no haircut even though I booked an appointment, luckily didn’t pay beforehand. Staff was rude.

Fantastic experience: Great set of lads, been there a few times to have my beard cut. They give great advice on what would look best and they take their time. Will be back again soon

Positive experience: Went in for the "full service" as advertised around Eldon Square. - haircut,beard trim and hot towel service. Well, I asked for a haircut as my hair was long (just above my elbow) I asked for the length to be shortened to shoulder length - what I ended up with was MUCH shorter than asked for, my hair is now about 2 inches SHORTER than shoulder length - now collar length and weirdly layered for some reason (was requested as all the same length). Add to this the beard shave was meant to be clean shaven but still ended up with 2 day stubble having used electric trimmer, also no hot towel service offered. The cut was adequate - even though it was NOT AT ALL what was requested but the service overall was not as advertised and poor if I'm honest. Anyone visiting be sure to be VERY EXACT in your requests as, even though I was specific about the cut I wanted the barber still went with his own (incorrect) idea of what a shoulder length cut was Maybe it's because I was a man with long hair? Who knows? At least it'll go back to shoulder length....eventually
