Positive experience: Hello, i would like to share my experience with you all. To be honest, staff were very friendly, very conversational. However, i did come 15 min late to my appointment which i do understand. The cut was rushed and incomplete my hair was uneven. The back wasn't even faded properly. The worker there charged us extra for cutting the hair to skin which is quite weird . I do get it that it was on their site but, it was significantly unclear. Overall unhappy did not get the service i “paid” for i had to complete the fade at home as well.

Daniel is a brilliant barber who really knows his craft—the cut was spot on and exactly what I asked for to tidy everything up. ​Beyond the haircut, Daniel is a great guy who makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you sit down. We had a really good chat that helped put my mind at ease during a stressful time. It’s rare to find a barber who provides both a quality service and such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. I can’t recommend him enough—I’ll definitely be booking in with him again!

Negative experience: Edit: My partner was told they accept wait ins for my sons hair cut. They get called for a cut and my son started moving etc because he doesnt like clippers. He then refused to use scissors because "I dont have time. I have an appointment soon". When asked why they were called over for the cut if he didnt have time, they were told they need to go and sit back and wait. So they left. Abismal. Really abismal. We always tipped big too. Safe to say we won't be returning.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer to them since their days in xscape. But, recent experiences are not so great. In one visit, one of the barbers tried to charge me more when he dropped the trimmer on his own claiming that it’s broken(which was not, by the way) and somehow tried to blame that I caused it. Owner has intervened thankfully. In another visit, one more barber passed several racist comments during the haircut just because. I used to like these guys. Now I would never visit them again.

Fantastic experience: It's been 2 years I've been visiting Iconic cuts. This was my first haircut with Ralph and he took sooner serious efforts to make it perfect. He understood the assignment and payed attention to the details. My haircut is simple but i see how some people ruin it easily & you can't say nothing, but Ralph took care of that asking my opinion every now and then. Price increase to £20/haircut makes you expect nothing but prefection.

Negative experience: After three episodes of attendence, I figured out they don't clean the razors and scissors between clients and it took minutes to convince them and explain the risk of spreading serious infections through equipments. Of course it was the last time I used their sevice.

Negative experience: This review is specific to the barber Ralph. My little boy got a haircut from Ralph. Ralph was disinterested, busy on his mobile during the haircut and reckless to say the least. My boy got a cut behind his left ear and when i pointed out Ralph said he is moving a lot. I assume kids will move and one has to extra cautious. He was rude and frankly he didn't want to do the haircut. The owners are great but this review is for Ralph. It would be good to know the list of barbers who are good to do kids haircut.
