Negative experience: Not open when it said it would be. Drove to get here pointlessly.

Negative experience: Very disappointed for the experience my son had despite being a regular customer. He was turned away by Josh for being late 5 minutes claiming having another appointment after 15 minutes. Clearly the appointment is 30 minutes and it is normal to have a bit of delay or wait for another customer to finish. The attitude was not acceptable not even facing the customer and provide a proper explanation with an apology.

Fantastic experience: Amazing barbers and brilliant team have been using this one for few years now but mostly been going Cutting Corner in Bletchley but here they always do a fantastic job especially Reece who's done my skin fade for me and 2nd time I've had him do my hair he does a brilliant job and always very friendly and up for a chat Craig the owner is brilliant too and has cut my hair a couple of times I recommend Craig or Reece there fantastic

Negative experience: Went in for the first time, and the place accepts cash only for whatever reason. The haircut I received from Kerry was the worst one I've ever had, and I've done it myself in covid. Areas that were cut have so many long hairs, and some angles were left uncut completely. Won't be going again

Fantastic experience: Have been using goodfellas for a fair few years now to cut my sons hair. His hair is always cut to perfection! Friendly staff, reasonable prices and easy to book online.

Negative experience: I visited this barbers after seeing the ratings. 4.8 can't be that bad. I walked in and first thing I noticed was its all cash, no card payment. I sat in a very worn out barbers chair. Little did I know that I was at the hands of a female Sweeney Todd. This woman's ideal job should be a cleaner. My head felt like it was being beaten. I've had brain surgery and you can clearly see the scar. Even this didn't slow her down. She opened skin at the back of my neck. The clippers she was using were unfit for purpose. The edges when she was doing the I felt the heat from the clippers. Not once did she attempt to speak with me. I wish I'd read the comments of actual reviews rather than just going by the ratings. So to the hairdresser/barber or rather butcher Kerry thanks. I've learnt that you should check these things. Kerry is to be avoided and that's all I can say. I'll not go back.

Jade has always been super supportive of my needs and has always made me feel comfortable and welcome, asking my pronouns from the start and making sure I felt safe as haircuts can make me very nervous. I would recommend her as highly as possible.

Fantastic experience: Building that independence with my 11year old. Iv Hacked at his hair for a year as he wouldn’t go into any barbers as they alway cut it wrong and don’t listen to what he wants. Found this place . He loved the guys hair styles that work there and he felt at home! Kerry done an amazing job. Even tho he didn’t know what door to use to get in after being told (deeeeerrrrr) Nerves kicking in, bless him he smashed going in well happy coming out! Yeah i deffo rate this place! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Been a long time customer and I've seen it change as time has gone on. Today's experience was amazing punctual with starting the cut and done an amazing job. Staff were all positive having a laugh and a joke with each other which was great to see, gave a real buzz to the place.

Negative experience: The first thing you notice is how tired the place is and that the toilet is out of order rather like the person who cut my hair. She had about as much charisma as a rattlesnake. Edward Scissorhands would have been proud of the speed and ferocity in which she cut my hair, the only difference was that he did a good job. The website advertised a cost of £18, she charged me £20, upon questioning the charge I was told ‘I will speak to the boss’

Positive experience: Been coming to this barbershop for over a year now. I love their website's appointment scheduling feature that allows me to book my haircut when it is convenient for my schedule. All barbers are very professional and there is always a good chat along with your haircut. Would be useful if they can accept card payments.

Fantastic experience: After some poor experiences at other barbers I finally found a top class place. Reece saw me today and from the get go I knew my experience would great. Reece knew exactly what to do and I am extremely pleased.

Negative experience: Saw Reece today for a haircut and asked for a LOW number 1 fade. As seen this is neither low nor a fade. This is probably the worst my hair has ever looked and it cost me almost £20. Shocked that a barber would let someone walk away from their chair looking like this. Would've gone back to get it fixed but unfortunately there isn't much left to fix.

Fantastic experience: Very good online booking system and appointments are usually with a couple of minutes of booked time. I saw Kano and he is very nice. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Positive experience: My son has been here twice, the first time was great and he was happy. But the second time (with Craig) it was waaay shorter than he asked for and was mortified at how short it was when he came out. Hopefully just a one off, we will try again and see what happens

Negative experience: Nice and kind staff but didn't get the haircut I wanted from Joe + not worth the price as there are cheaper alternatives that give better results, furthermore the equipment used to cut the hair wasn't properly cleaned after being used on a previous customer.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Craig who is the owner for the best part of 14 years now and there’s a reason why I keep going back to him, he is by far the best barber I have been to in my lifetime. He is professional friendly and runs an amazing barbershop, his team are hand selected by himself and are nothing less than great. I’ve never had a bad haircut from Craig, his customer care is excellent and the shops website is very clear and easy to use. With competitive prices and brilliant service I would recommend Goodfellas Barbers shop again and again.

Fantastic experience: Very streamlined booking service through the Nearcut app. The staff are well organised and manage to stick to booked appointments whilst also managing walk-in appointments. Trims are fairly priced and always good quality.

Negative experience: This was one of the worst haircut experiences I've had. The cut itself was fine but the whole experience was awful. There were three hairdressers each with their individual customers who seemingly were ignoring the customer and instead having a loud conversation about why they don't like fake tan and sun beds. This was just the start, they later went on to fiddle with the Alexa radio stations and started mocking the music that was playing. It was all very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable, I just wanted to get out of there so even though I wasn't 100% happy with my cut I just paid and left. The cut was fine, not great but fine. The experience though was horrible, I am not against having a friendly atmosphere between co-workers but not if it is at the expense of customers. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
