Negative experience: If i could give less stars i would so rude told them what i wanted and he said no you cant have that doesn't look right ive had the same hair cut for 20 years short back on sides not too short on the top instead they did a skin fade on me grade 0 will never use this barbers again and its way overpriced dont know how they have 5 star reviews no matter what they reply i will never use them again and I will tell everyone not to use these

Negative experience: I should start with the positives, the hair cut was decent & very reasonably priced. However. The guy I got managed to hook my ear piercing with a comb. His first instinct was to blame me for not taking it out before hand (which I couldn’t do having only recently had it pierced). This was the only conversation we had, the rest of the time was him talking in Turkish to his mates in the shop. After the cut he insisted I leave a review & watched over me as I did it then just walked away leaving me to work out what I was supposed to pay based on the board. Nobody was checking to see if I paid or saying goodbye so I probably could have just walked out. Wound up paying full price despite the experience just so I didn’t get accosted on the way out. Won’t be coming back & changed my “5 stars” as soon as I left. Wouldn’t be surprised if the positive reviews are from staff pressuring you to review & watching before leaving the shop. Edit: In response to the reply I’ve received. I never called it a major accident but it still wasn’t a pleasant experience & being immediately accused of being the one at fault for not removing a fresh piercing rather than just saying sorry & moving on wasn’t appreciated. I brushed it off & said it was fine as 4 of you were all stood around me & you were half way through my haircut. I didn’t want to get on anyone’s bad side with scissors to my head. I understand the barber was speaking his language to train his friend, my point is not once was any other conversation had with me besides being told it was my fault the barber was chatting away & not being careful enough which is what led to my piercing being hooked in the first place. If this is who’s doing the training for the rest of your staff then that’s a problem. You may not have hovered for payment but you did hover whilst I left the review. I wasn’t just “shown” how to leave a review, i was stood over & told to leave a review and watched until I hit 5 stars at which point you immediately disappeared from my side leaving me to work out what I was supposed to pay. You’re more than welcome to watch the footage back yourselves, but from my perspective i felt more comfortable to just smile & leave rather than kicking up a fuss in the moment. If you want to pressure me to leave a review though then I’m going to be honest…
