Negative experience: I recently visited here to get my beard tidied up and regret it so much. I was quite clear to the person that I was happy with the length of my beard and was just looking for it to be shaped but not shortened. I was then sat down, laid back and he went to work. I had no idea what was going on until he lent me forward and I saw what he’d done. My long beard was now as short as a few days of stubble. I would say my beard was a good 7cm long and now is barely 1cm. All I wanted was it to be shaped, he even spoke back what I said to him and then he’s butchered me. I’m very upset by this.
