Fantastic experience: I spent a few years searching for a place that could provide consistently good fades and beard trims. When I found Elite, the search stopped. Mahmoud, Tammam, and Medo are all experts in their field and go way above and beyond for the very reasonable 25 dollar pricetag. Fades are perfect all the time and the shop itself has an open inviting atmosphere. Expect a small line but that's what you should expect when so many people trust these guys with their hair. 5 stars over and over.

Negative experience: Do NOT go to Emiliano, no attention to detail whatsoever got treated differently than the rest of the costumers. Worst haircut I have gotten by a mile. Biggest waste of money and straight up disrespected. I’m disgusted.

Fantastic experience: Last time I went here I brought my 2 year old for a haircut and Tammam was absolutely amazing. Today we went again and it seems my son was in a mood so he put up a fight but Medo worked with me for 20 minutes and put up through my toddler being mean (and he's MEAN) and was absolutely amazing. The haircut was spot on in both times and both times despite my son being an inconvenience I left the place feeling so welcomed. Both times they offered "to keep it on them" as they always do which is so so so kind. I recommend this place everyday. So proud of this business and so grateful for them

Fantastic experience: I have had Mahmoud and Tammam cut my hair so far and I like them very much. I get shy at barbershops but they make me feel alright so I'm thankful for that. I just ask for a simple haircut but they do a very good job every time I come in here. It's a popular place with multiple hard-working barbers so if unsure of your turn just speak to any barber and they'll help you out. Some people seem to wait for specific barbers of their choice, others just wait for their turn and get serviced by any barber that becomes available. I'm very glad they have their business in Kingston.

Fantastic experience: They take walk-ins. Clutch when the other smaller, more expensive and pretentious shops require advanced booking. Most services offered. Decent prices and barbershop vibe. Seemed to be cash only. Pretty long lineup of walk-ins on a Friday but moves along pretty fast, they have 4 chairs. I was able to get a nice cut day before a wedding. I think I had Diana? She paid attention to my instructions and seemed to get that I wanted to look extra sharp for a wedding.

Negative experience: Long lines. Music and songs were playing so loud that I got a headache and I had to leave. Also the music/song videos seemed lewd and were such that I would not want to take my children here.

Negative experience: I will be leaving names out of this due to respect: went in there today at 9:58am, 2 minutes before they open waiting for one specific barber, I went to him 2 weeks prior and loved his work that I tipped him an extra $20 and expressed how happy I am that I found him to be my main barber in kingston. While I was waiting I noticed someone walked in and the barber said he'll be helping him soon, so he hopped in the lineup, and after 2 cuts he went up to him and said it was his turn, I noticed that they are friends and it was obviously known I was ahead because that same barber opened the door for me when they unlocked the store. I noticed this happens, the barbers will favour who they know and friendships they have created, tend not to care really about others, even when I went 2 weeks prior the barber tried to take someone else that I was ahead of and another barber had to stop him. I waited untill 11:10am untill I decided I dont want to deal with these guys anymore. I have heard that they favor relationships before, but didnt believe it so im here to let you guys know. This place is a waste of time.

The beard was a disgrace, he cut all my beard when I came home.

Negative experience: First time going for a fade and at first it didn’t look bad. I stated nothing off the top at the beginning and upon further inspection I noticed a huge section of the top on one side was hacked off. Not impressed and very unsatisfied with the quality of work.
