Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dinos! I had my hair cut at a different establishment and it was completely butchered. Pat got me in same day, fixed the previous haircut and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I thought there was no coming back from what had been done, but Pat saved the day. She was so kind and determined to have me looking the best she possibly could given the circumstances. All of the staff were so friendly and worked together to give me the best experience they could. Great atmosphere as well, extremely professional and clean. I will be coming back for my haircuts from now on without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: Love coming down here! I've had both Brenda and Andrea work on my hair and they've both done wonderful jobs. Andrea in particular is fantastic working around piercings - I have an industrial that's been healing for a while, and the one time I've sat with her, she was so delicate and careful not to bump it at all - and kept the razor away from it! Brenda has hit mine a few times, but always apologizes after. Will keep coming back as long as I can!

Fantastic experience: My husband and son went to Dino’s today and got a great haircut from Brenda and Tony. My son had a lot of thick, wavy hair and Brenda delivered exactly what he was asking for. My husband has a great cut too, with friendly service.

Fantastic experience: This was my partner's first time Is with this shop and we went here based off of reviews. We were greeted by all 3 women who were working with clients. Shortly after we arrived we learned each of their names, Brenda, Andrea and Pat. We were served by Brenda who was friendly and professional the entire time. Kept great conversation without overdoing it- felt natural. She was very thorough with the cut asking what he was looking for and checking in a few times to make sure he liked it, and then to me to confirm . He has a very long beard that had gotten wild and she did such a great job, pulled Moe in to consult for a style and texture question and created a great shape. Heck, she even took care of his over grown eyebrows for me- though I did enjoy plucking those while he slept LOL! Looking forward to going back again. Thank you, Brenda and Moe for the expertise and to Andrea and Pat for adding to the friendly environment. 5* for sure

Fantastic experience: The staff are great, pick a chair and wait your turn, you have to keep track of you can miss you spot. Nicely updated by Tony & crew. Pat, Laura & Tony have all cut my hair, never a bad cut. Make sure you pay for parking, and take a number when you walk in!

Positive experience: Been going to Dino’s for over 9 years. Dino’s was recommended to me when I moved to Kingston. Always a consistently great haircut. Even when you have to wait because there’s a lot of customers in the shop says something about their reputation in the city.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best barbershop in Kingston. They are all highly skilled, friendly and surprisingly fast. Even when you arrive to find the shop looking full, the wait is never unreasonably long. The bitter few who find it so, however, should just get out the hedge trimmers and do it themselves rather than making us listen to their kvetching. Of course their hair will look awful but it’s unlikely anyone so unpleasant has any social life to damage.

With the abundance of experience Pat and the other staff have, recommending a place to get the perfect haircut I’d look no further than Dino’s. Fantastic experience: Dino’s Barber Shop is undoubtedly one of the best barbers in Kingston. Pat has been cutting my hair for the past 10 or more years and has not disappointed me one bit. She is always reliable, friendly, and one of the easiest people to have a conversation with. Dino’s is also very clean. I have recommended this place to so many of my friends and they have not came back to me with a negative review. 10/10 experiences every time.

Negative experience: If you’re looking for a place where haircuts take longer than glaciers melting and conversations never end, this is it. I sat there for over an hour, watching them move at the pace of an unmotivated sloth, completely oblivious to the crowd of people waiting. Apparently, the concept of “having a lot of customers waiting” was lost on them, as they decided to prioritize endless small talk over actually, you know, cutting hair. Watching them juggle scissors while reciting their life’s story was like watching a TED Talk—except I didn’t sign up for it, and I still looked like a mess at the end because I had to walk out like a shaggy dog. If you’re in the mood for a social experiment in patience and a haircut that might happen before your retirement, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the time.

Fantastic experience: Dino's is an incredibly welcoming and helpful shop. Having been there multiple times I have yet to walk away disappointed with my hair cut, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kingston area looking for a trim.

I will definitely keep going here. It’s a bit challenging to navigate in a wheelchair but all the folks here are great and make it work.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend any other barbershop in Kingston but Dino's after being a loyal customer for the past two years. Not only do they provide excellent service available from any of the stylists, every member of their team goes above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable every time. Each different stylist is dynamic in their ability to alter their style to fit whatever need you require. As a man, they have yet to fall short of great in any category I can think of. On top of all that, their prices are not only affordable, but downright undercharged for how good this place is. I would highly recommend adding a tip because honestly, I'd be happy paying double for what they provide. I have had my hair cut by Dino, Laura, and Pat. All three of them have topped any other haircut by any other barber/stylist that I have been to.
