Negative experience: Very very bad experience. I went twice, and both times they completely messed up my haircut. No matter how clearly you explain or show pictures, they do the opposite. I asked for a small trim on the sides and a combover, but the short, slim barber in the second chair on the left gave me a #2 cut — basically a military haircut with some hair left on top. Adrian is good, but the others seem inexperienced and still learning, yet charge $55-$60. I won’t be going back.

Negative experience: I showed up for my appointment scheduled for 11:45 am with Abdul. The shop was closed and no one was there. What a complete waste of time. Find a better place to go than here

My request was kinda tedious/specific but Dante took his time to make sure everything was perfect and checked in with me frequently to see if I wanted any changes. Overall great service and atmosphere, I definitely recommend coming, Dante did a great job.

I felt well looked after and comfortable with the expert opinions of The barbers at the studio. My son left extremely happy.

Fantastic experience: Went here with my friends and got cut by Dante/Mr. Revive. I asked for a mid to low taper with specific instructions for the back and he followed them perfectly. I’d say I give him a very specific haircut and I’m a bit picky with my hair to be honest but he pulled through. Very skillful at his craft and it was nice talking to him too. Negative experience: Went in for a shortening and wanted to retain my combover. There was a misunderstanding and I came out almost bald. If I wanted a buzz cut I would have said that. I'm leaving a 2 star as the staff showed their apology and even when I had exited the building. Subject to change if I ever come back for another chance. Worst part is that I have a wedding to attend to on the weekend coming up and I'm looking like this.

Negative experience: Went in today at 5pm to get my hair cut. I’m pretty sure the man’s name who cut my hair was Abdul. Not only did he not cut my hair how I wanted, he gave me a woman’s bob cut. Also didn’t dry my hair after the cut, and didn’t style it. He just slapped a bunch of gel in my hair and asked if it was good. Since it was wet I couldn’t fully see what my hair looked like. *below is the reference picture and what my hair was at the end* Also he’d lined up the back of my head and my left ear. Totally ignoring the right ear and my forehead. Terrible experience. Will not be coming back. Ps. This place is only good for hair braiding.

Negative experience: Absolutely worst experience. I had booked a slot for 11 35 am with Abdul and when i reached a walk in customer was also waiting. He had another appointment at 12 15pm. In order to accommodate the walk in Abdul rushed my hair cut. No use to scissor only machine to quicken the process. I discussed and showed him what i wanted but he was not interested. Attaching pictures of what i wanted I showed him and when he did to my hair. I asked him to fade in more from sideburns which he still left uneven. The hair line is not even or same length. From back side half are lengthy then others. Its like a toddler with scissors. Shocking for 55 CAD i would get a better humane treatment from cheap places. I am ok to pay even 100 CAD but person lacks customer service etiquette. Not professionalism or integrity . The barber hiring certificate should be cancelled imo. Feel bad for other customers

Positive experience: Tried this place for the first time as my previous barber retired. Chose James and had him do a flat top with a side/back fade. James listened well and put a lot of attention and effort into the cut. I'll return to James again as we perfect the style, and possibly make it a bit more modern. That's all on me though -- to accept a more modern cut. The price was good at $35 for an adult cut. Music was at a nice volume unlike another place in town that was way too loud making it difficult to converse with your barber. This place is a little hard to find as some big trees block it from view at the corner of Main and Ontario.
