He is respectful courteous and simply the best. I refuse to go anywhere else. I have followed him from other shops to now his own. Jack is family and will cut my hair as long as I am around. I have tried many barbers in Milton .. the ones on Main Street and other in different plazas.. but Jacks attention to detail and recommendations are on a different level. He is undoubtedly the best barber in Milton. My 5 year old also gets his hair cut from Jack and Jack is super nice and talks to him all the time to make sure my son is calm. My son and I get compliments from everybody after our hair cuts. Has an ATM on site so you don’t have to worry about forgetting cash. Serves cold soft drinks and hot coffee if you have to wait. Will recommend him over any other barber in Milton.

Negative experience: Charged me 65 dollars for the absolute worst haircut and beard trim I have ever received. Did not listen to instructions. cut so much hair so fast I couldn't even stop him. Asked for a fade with beard trim. What I got was a buzz cut with a bit of hair on top. My whole family audibly gasped.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at Jack’s Barber Shop in Milton. The barber who cut my hair completely ruined my hairstyle. I specifically asked for an even cut with the top and front trimmed and blended using a number 3 trimmer. Instead, he did the opposite, leaving my hair uneven and asymmetrical. To make matters worse, the top-left side of my head was completely messed up. This experience has left me embarrassed, especially at work, where my colleagues now make fun of my haircut. I’m deeply disappointed and will never visit Jack’s Barber Shop again. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you care about your hairstyle.

Negative experience: Nice place but prices are a bit ridiculous for the quality of work. Adding an outline on your beard that takes a minute doubles your cost. This isn't the level of service that should charge $30 for a beard trim
