2 months ago Negative experience: I had an appointment booked for 4pm today and got there for 4pm. I sat down after informing I have an appointment with Mark and some other guy walked in after me and Mark took him in and made me wait till 4:30pm. This is so unprofessional and my parents had to wait longer to pick me up. Never going back there again nor going to recommend anyone to them.

Even after he opened his own shop, I continue to visit him regularly despite it being about 32 km away. That alone says a lot about the quality of service. Elias is an exceptionally skilled hair stylist who truly understands his clients. I never need to explain the style I want, he already knows exactly what suits me and delivers a perfect cut every time. He’s always up to date with styles, very professional, and consistently exceeds expectations. On occasions when Elias isn’t available, his brother Mark takes care of my haircut, and the experience is just as excellent. He has the same level of skill and understanding, and it’s clear that he knows my preferences just as well. The consistency and quality they both deliver are outstanding. If you’re looking for a hair stylist who truly knows what they’re doing and values customer satisfaction, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.......!

Mark gave me a 0 mid fade with some scissor work on the top. Excellent fade and well worth the money. Their prices will allow me to get quality haircuts more frequently. Highly recommend. He took his time, was very pleasant, paid attention to every detail, and somehow even impressed my son — which is not easy to do. The Master Chair is an awesome, convenient spot and so close to home.
