New style barber shop

Negative experience: Think twice before bringing your kids here. They said my son was “moving too much,” which is why they couldn’t give him a proper shape. But cutting kids’ hair requires patience and skill — that’s what professionals should be trained for. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience, and the haircut was not done properly.

Positive experience: Good cuts and can follow orders but i recomenned getting some stuff for people with curly hair

Negative experience: I told them to keep the back long but they cut it off. I repeatedly told him what I wanted but he didn’t pay any attention will not be going back

Negative experience: This was the only time in my life a barber made me regret sitting in the chair. I asked for a clean squared lineup on the sideburn/temple area, and instead it was cut way too narrow and tapered — nothing like what I asked for. When I calmly pointed out the issue, the response wasn’t to fix it or even listen. Instead, the barber (who told me he was the owner) got disrespectful, talked down to me, and kept making comments instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. A bad haircut grows back — disrespect doesn’t. I paid and walked out, and I’ve never gone back. I’m writing this now because people should know that customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the fade, especially when the person running the place sets the tone.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever had at this place they guy who make my hair cut he was really rude to me. Before starting my haircut i show him the picture of the haircut that i have to go for, and he was not good at that point i didn’t remember his name but after making fade i told him to fade more but he was really annoying and he just simply fade that point and then makes ugly face, so the thing is i don’t like the service at this barber shop i was not satisfied with his work, matter of fact try the other place instead of this

Negative experience: Expensive every one else is charging 20 to 25 bucks and they are charging 30 for hair cut and 25 bucks for beard

Negative experience: Not friendly staff with poker faces, over price comparing to the quality of service, noooo experience to deal with curly hair properly. The only good thing is that the place is wide and comfortable and there is only one of the crew who was good to do the hair cut my son wanted but unfortunately, I don’t remember his name. Won’t go there again

Wasn’t even going to line me up before i left and i noticed the fade ridiculously uneven but couldn’t be bothered as i was tired of hearing scissors. I showed a picture and he did everything but that. Then he got fustrated when he realized he didnt do what i wanted. I kept it cool and left ,100% sure im not coming back, my hairs not even cut even from the back. HORRIBLE ! MANAGER SHOULD BE HELD ACOUNTABLE. Fantastic experience: Best haircuts I’ve had yet. I have been going to these guys ever since they opened during the pandemic. Price is reasonable, and haircuts are clean. They are quick, so not too much waiting without an appointment. Location is great, lots of parking. The staff are friendly and even remember your preferences for your cut.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the BEST haircut/experience I have ever had. I'm usually not too picky with how my hair looks, and sometimes just pop over to the magic cuts style places. I don't ask for anything complicated. Sometimes it turns out nice, sometimes just decent. It's all good - I wear hats a lot. But I am thinking of keeping the hat off for a while now... I got my hair cut by Omar. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. But the attention to detail, and the quality of the work was something I have yet to experience. I've been to a few barber shops on queen west in Toronto as I lived in that area for 10 years, and nothing compares to the quality and convenience I just received from Omar. He really nailed it and is a super talented barber. Also, at $28 for a cut, its actually cheaper than those cookie cutter top cuts, or sports cuts places, that usually just hack away at your hair. Leaves a lot of room to tip well! Omar, you have yourself a new customer. My wife was even blown away at how such a simple haircut could look so perfect. Thank you sir and see you again soon! I highly recommend Omar to any dudes in the Milton area.

Fantastic experience: Service is wonderful and I haven’t had a bad cut yet! They know their stuff when it comes to a fresh cut, and it’s easy to leave it in their hands without stressing.

Negative experience: Accepts cash only, no credit cards no debt cards, so my son had to withdraw cash from the machine they have in-site, which they supervise and load with money, they said it has no charge, but it actually does $5 charge when using Visa card. The atm didn’t have enough cash in the first transaction so my son had to make two withdrawals of $20 each, and charged $10 for that. Never again!
