Fantastic experience: Just learn today sport clips at huron an Adelaide is closing as of december 24th.this is very sad. This is a great location for this side of town. I travel in from woodstock to get my hair done here. Guess I have to find somewhere else. Not going to travel across town. This location was very convenient for anybody on the east end of town

Negative experience: I’ve been a regular at Sport Clips for almost 6 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt disrespected during a visit. Today, I booked my appointment through the app, as usual. My regular stylist, Teri, wasn’t available, so I checked the reviews and decided to book with Andrea, who seemed to have good feedback. The app initially showed a 66-minute wait time, but within 20 minutes I got a text saying, “Your barber will be ready in 15 minutes.” I immediately rushed to the store. Upon arrival, another barber asked if I had signed in online, and I said yes. Andrea then said, “The wait time is not accurate.” Her accent made it sound like “now accurate,” so I politely asked, “Oh, it said my barber will be ready in 15 minutes — just confirming if that’s now accurate?” To my surprise, she suddenly raised her voice and snapped, “I just said it’s not accurate!” I calmly explained that I misunderstood her and only asked to clarify. Still, she offered no apology. I then asked politely how long it might take so I could plan my time, and she responded rudely, saying she was cutting someone’s hair and would be done in “10, 15, 20 minutes, whatever.” At that point, after being spoken to that way twice, I simply said I didn’t want to wait and would be cancelling my appointment. Instead of apologizing or showing any professionalism, she just said “okay bye” and laughed. I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day, but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. I could have reacted the same way, but I chose to remain calm. Teri has always been wonderful and respectful, which is why I’ve stayed a loyal client all these years. Unfortunately, this experience with Andrea has left a very poor impression. I hope management becomes aware of this so other clients don’t face the same situation.

Negative experience: Took my son for his haircut and left disappointed. I showed the barber a warrior hair style he wanted and she did a horrible job no blending you can see the layers which is uneven she left hair uncut. i had to buzzcut my sons hair

The Mvp treatment is a nice addition to getting your hair done it includes lavender and tea tree oil scented shampoo and conditioner, a head ,neck massage and hot face towel.Very relaxing!

She does a fantastic job while providing pleasant conversation. It's nice to know he's in good hands and comes home looking like his most handsome self! Negative experience: Barber left me with a GIGANTIC bald spot. I mean 4x3 inches on the back of my head. She DID NOT tell me about her mistake, and only showed me the good side on the back of my head. It’s been about 6 weeks and it still hasn’t grown back! I messaged corporate and they told me they would “forward it to the location” and then I got no response whatsoever. Thanks guys!!!

Positive experience: One of the best stylish sports barbershop in London. It’s always good to make online appointments before walking in. Weekends are always busy here. Hair stylists are well experienced and very friendly. Sport clip used to provide some promotions too.

Negative experience: Staff lacks common sense and basic courtesy. I entered the store and punched in my details and waiting for my turn. After few seconds another guy came in and the stylist even without asking me took him for haircut and I was left waiting. I felt she prioritized that person over me because of my skin complexion. It was really embarrassing moment for me and was shocked to see that still some people judge other people by colour of their skin. I have been visiting this place for hair cut since last year but I left with out hair cut this time and I am never going back there again.

Negative experience: I recently visited Sport Clips for a haircut and was assisted by a stylist named Amber. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Amber appeared to be stressed during the appointment, which affected the quality of service I received. The haircut itself was poorly done, and to make matters worse, she did not even show me the back of my hair upon completion — something I consider a basic part of professional service. Spending $40 on a haircut, I expected a much better outcome. Instead, I left feeling dissatisfied, and the haircut negatively impacted my day. While I do appreciate the overall environment and cleanliness of the store,I hope this feedback is taken constructively to ensure better service for future customers

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed. Went for a hair and beard cut and angela cut my neck badly. Bleeding all over my shirt. She didn’t even notice that she cut me right away. Plus made me pay for it too. Absolutely ridiculous. Need to hire better people who know what there doing. I get mistakes happen but this is a massive cut where my skin is removed. Terrible service and a disservice to the hair fashion industry
