Fantastic experience: I highly recommended this barber shop the barbers are very knowledgeable about cutting hair and giving you a good quality

Negative experience: I explained exactly how I wanted my hair done. When the stylist realized he couldn’t achieve the style, he suddenly cut my hair much shorter than requested without asking me. When I questioned him, he said he couldn’t fix it. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. The salon should consider hiring more experienced and responsible staff

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience! Yaz, the consummate professional, did a stellar job! 5 stars... ALL... THE... WAY! Some barbers do well, even though you can tell it's the tools doing most of the heavy lifting. Not the case here. Yaz is an artist, controlling the tools for the sharpest of lines and the cleanest of cuts! A true master craftsman! Negative experience: I’m writing this as his gf because honestly, I was so shocked when I saw the result which cost him 40 dollars He even gave tips. The haircut was visually jarring and embarrassing to look at. How it can be so clearly uneven, with the sides shaved far too harshly and no proper blending into the top at all?? The transition is patchy and choppy, making it look unfinished and careless rather than intentional. This isn’t about being picky or having different style preferences — it’s a basic fade that was not executed correctly. Anyone familiar with men’s haircuts can immediately see the poor transition and lack of detail work. Watching someone pay for a professional service and walk out with a haircut that looks this unpolished is genuinely frustrating. I would not recommend this place, especially for men’s fades or short styles. I’m also attaching the last photo for reference. This is what the minimum acceptable standard of a basic men’s haircut should look like.

Positive experience: Went in for a beard trim, the guy faded it decently, but he trimmed too much, and pushed my beard line super low, and it wasn't even symmetrical on both sides. On top of that it cost 35 bucks? That's nearly the same price as a hair cut.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the customer service at this barbershop. Before coming, I specifically called and explained my situation: I have a skin condition that makes my skin very sensitive, and I asked if I could bring and use my own tools. I was clearly told over the phone that this would not be a problem. Based on this reassurance, I rearranged my busy schedule and came a long way to their shop. However, when I arrived, the owner was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite what was promised to me, I was suddenly told that I could not use my tools. The tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude, especially given the circumstances and the effort I made to get there. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Clear communication and respect for customers are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this barbershop did not meet them. I would not recommend it to anyone who values professionalism and customer respect.

Negative experience: so hit or miss, some of the workers are very talented and some seem to just ignore instructions ? I came home and there were pieces of hair untouched left as original length, hair was cut but was not made clean(over lapping the ears when i asked for it not to be.Prices are fine. most likely last time ill be visiting.
