Negative experience: I've only been to RBE once but I was really happy with the quality and professionalism that Washington brought to the chair. He was skilled, precise, and easy to talk to. I will be coming to RBE from now on. For the record, he gave me a buzz cut skin fade. Updated: The last time I went here, the barber took a client without an appointment 10 mins before my slot. I ended up waiting an hour for my appointment to even start. Barber apologized but the entire time, he was talking on his phone, to other clients, and to other barbers. After my first time which was amazing, it went downhill. Downgraded my review to a 3/5.

Negative experience: Just had one of the worst haircuts ever. Danley could not understand simple instructions and did what he wanted instead of what I asked him to do. I wanted to keep my hair long and maintain the curls and he cut too short. I can’t even go to some other barber to get it correct. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend going for Danley.

Negative experience: Called in yesterday afternoon around past 12 inquiring if i could be a walk in client for me and my son i was answered by an employee who said i could come as a walk in client he asked who i wanted to barb my hair i said anyone its ok i asked if they could barb womens hair response was absolutely i said i would arrive at the shop in 20 -30 mins from the time of the call i got there in time spoke to one black with a big beard man who was barbing on the first chair who told me that i was in the wrong barbing saloon after i showed the call i had made and explained i was a walk in client he told me at Rooted they dont take walk ins its only by appointment and as i was going through the website i did not see that this saloon does not take walk in if thats the case i would have never bothered inquiring in the first place. I really wanted to get my hair done at this saloon after reading a few good 5star reviews i thought i was at the right place and already pictured myself rocking a good haircut after a few back and fourths of whispers between 2 employees they agreed to give me a spot at 2:15pm i came back on time my son got his cut i got my cut my sons cut is okay my cut did not come out well i look like a man my face was shaped wrong the hair itself is uneven i look like wolverine or a field of corn planted in different batches as i am typing right now i am going to a different saloon for a corrective hairdo Rooted barber thank you for a rude ,confused and unorganized first experience i cry for my $90 i left there i will never ever set foot there

Negative experience: This was the worst possible barber experience I could have ever went to the place was not taken care of smelled horrid and there was junkies, fights and all sorts of things going on outside the shop. And it really irritates me that they had the audacity to ask me if I liked my hair cut when they (I’m not gonna say the barbers name) gave me the worst possible hair cut. This place is horrible the people are not nice there 0/5 experience DO NOT GO!!!!
