Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this location for a while now. It's on the first floor of the student residence. The first time I came, I was a bit confused (just keep walking right, past the reception desk). Booking is easy, shop is clean, price is reasonable. I get the Director Cut from Jeric, and each time I am super satisfied with his work. He is laid back and easy to chat with, so the time passes quickly. Definitely would recommend.

Negative experience: We booked an appointment for two men 3 hours prior to arriving, and the man who greeted us was very rude and told us he did not have us down for an appointment. He told us that we booked the wrong location when we clearly selected and called the old Montreal location. He told us to leave and there was nothing he could do to help us. Terrible service!

I went on to try a few different barbershops just to be left deceived by the results, the price or the inconsistency. That was until I met Joseph. This gentleman is quite skilled for his age. He somehow manages to get better as he gets to know you and your hair. He also has a barber’s innate ability to hold conversations with you and genuinely seems to care. The craziest part is that he’s currently working at a discounted price. I’ve never seen a better steal!

Super meticulous, calm, and genuinely cares about getting every detail right. I’ve tried so many barbers here, paying anywhere from $30 to $80, and most of them were honestly disasters. Antonio’s quality for the price is unbeatable. He’s not just a nice guy, he’s an artist with the scissors and knows exactly how to blend a fade perfectly. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The cut was sharp, clean, and she took the time to make sure it fit my style. Fantastic experience: This was a really cool Barber Shop for young men. I was in Montreal for 40th Bday and I wanted a haircut! I got the starting of the Broccoli Hair Cut that all the Cool Lids have, still too short but they do an excellent job! Competitive pricing for the area and they will do their best to fit you in!

Negative experience: I had bad experience with Alex, he cut my hair and beard almost 2 hours. When I came to barbershop, I was in time, he told me that he almost finished and he needed 5-10 minutes to finish last haircut. But I waited around 20 minutes. After I explained him I need crop mid skin fade, but in 2 hours he made for me high skin fade and crop ( he cut too much, but I explained just a little bit) and about line up he made different levels line up between right and left sides, after line up on the beard I had red skin it was not professional to do like this. My haircut now is destroyed and I’m so disappointed. I think he just study but pay 50$ plus tips for haircut and beard it’s too much

Negative experience: Hang the phone up on you trying to get an appointment to because their website doesn't work, twice, professionals like you know them! Fantastic experience: I started getting cuts here a couple months ago and i decided to get one from Gio and man do i not regret it since that first cut i’ve been getting cuts monthly and looking fresh every time i get one, and it’s a barbershop experience unlike any other most times in the past when i would get a cut from a random barber shop it would be so awkward during the process of getting the cut due to the fact the barbers never said anything but with Gio you can meet him for the first time and he will treat you like he’s known you for years.
