Negative experience: Went for a cut, barber was so unfocused, left with an uneven cut, if its the light then they should have more lights in there. One side of my hair should not be completely different.

Negative experience: I called to ask thém if they had free spots to take me in “in 10 minutes” Thé guy on the phone sais “yes come in”. I got there the 2 guys are busy halfway through the haircuts they’re doing, I get in they don’t even greet me, they hardly look at me and seemed irritated to see me walking in there as it’s 10:15. I waited 20 minutes, finally à soot opens ànd thé guy ckme to whisper in my hear that his collegue will take me as he had an appointment. I waited another 15 min, ànd just left. They lied to me on the phone to get me there and when I got there they couldn’t be bother to let me know what was the wait time, ànd were unwelcoming. No respect for my time, I am late now to an important meeting ànd doesnt look sharp Thanks to their lack of communication, carelessness ànd greed
