Negative experience: Absolutely destroyed my hair and I have to go looking like a money that just got groomed by a blind person. Full of beginners and judging people

Negative experience: Had the better expectations but experience was disappointed. They charged whatever they wanted but don’t seem to care about customer satisfactions. These star represent how satisfied i am.

Negative experience: Do you even try? I went to the one at grand Central and the guy I had cut my hair was really nice but he didn't give me what I wanted, in fact gave me the opposite and also gave me 10 scratches at the back of my neck shown below

Negative experience: Okay fade, however cut the top of the hair when I asked him not too and then sprayed my head with a mysterious liquid after the cut. Ended up with a reaction the next day. Also they were speaking slyly in a foreign language whilst cutting my hair, clearly talking about me, then spraying with a bizzare mysterious liquid which could of been anything, ending with me getting a rash the next day. Rather not have a haircut than go back . Only reviewed for the discount.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke. Made me and my autistic four year old son feel very unwanted and put five people in front of us while we sat waiting for over 45 minutes. Then once I pointed out the issue they laugh at me while serving another person that just walks in after patiently waiting for almost an hour and ended up walking out without a haircut.

Fantastic experience: Salah is a legend who takes amazing care, highly recommended!

Negative experience: Went for a haircut and did good with a fade but told the man to take 1cm off my mullet and he took about 8cm off and left it uneven. Won’t be coming here again

Positive experience: service excellent only 1 thing is suppose to change barber's cape for infection control/contamination because you kever know the person using the cape before you have something on him like virus/bacteria/contagious illness. Negative experience: Went in asked for a trim on my mullet and a little off the front and left looking like Stu from the Three Stooges I have school and a job and I look like a clown mind you I’m in grade 12 meaning I have to be a role model yet I look like this, shocking.

Negative experience: What a joke of a place. Wait 40min just for the barbers to let people cut in the line and push children last. For an autistic or any neurodivergent child this can create meltdowns and shown lack of respect for parents in such busy periods. Utter disgrace and won’t be back.

The gentleman who cut his hair was incredibly patient with him - this was only his second haircut ever, and he’s a little nervous with the clippers buzzing next to his ears.
