Negative experience: 50 for the worst haircut of my entire life which only took 15 or so mins. The kid, literally a boy, might have tried his best and I was keep repeating not like that to his question but I eventually gave up. I just wanted cheap quick decent haircut as I heard my workmate got his haircut for 35. Worst $50 I've ever spent. I even felt like I was picked for his apprenticeship training. Don't recommend AT ALL.

Positive experience: The team at ola barbershop hermit park are really good but the shop is filthy dirty, I havnt been for some time, I couldn’t wait to get out of there, seriously it made me feel itchy and dirty Why

Negative experience: Posting for my son as he has just had he worst haircut I've ever seen in his life. He is too nice to say anything but seriously, I can't believe you'd let someone leave your salon with a haircut like that. He also said it was a long waiting time and the cut took just as long. Over 1 and a half hours for short back and sides. Clippers were out of alignment and caused discomfort as well.

Negative experience: Took my son in for a hair cut at the Willows shop in the afternoon understandably only two guys on so the wait time would be a little while. Although we waited for one barber to smash out 3 clients before the other did 1. We unfortunately got this barber and sat there for 40mins getting his hair cut. Which would have been fine if it was done well, it wasn’t. Then was advised it was $65 my son is 9. Disappointed is an understatement after being there for 1 hour and a half the other barber was still assisting other clients and the shop was closing soon so we didn’t stick around to ask if the other barber could fix it.

Negative experience: Went in Tuesday to see how much a Beard trim was. Got told buy a young guy $20. Got a trim today cost $30. Need to get your prices right

Negative experience: Hey I took my brother to get a cut at ola barbers recently. My brothers hair was cut by a young man, still in school who didn’t seem to have much experience cutting hair at all. I wasn’t told he was an apprentice or anything so we I assumed he was capable. At the end of the cut he got another barber to have a look at it, but his fade and blend were still uneven. Very disappointed considering the hype around this shop. Please hire people who actually know how to cut hair or train them better!

Negative experience: The girl, who appeared to be roughly 13 years old and who had quite clearly never cut hair before, gave my boyfriend a horrendous haircut that has still not grown out after weeks as it was so uneven. She was totally unprofessional and had to be told over and over again what he wanted, which she still couldn’t manage, so obviously she just doesn’t know how to cut hair. She also took a call during the haircut and seemed totally disinterested. As I sat on the couch waiting 45 minutes for this ridiculous haircut (usually they take 15–20 max) I noticed clumps of dust and matted hair underneath the couches and around the pot plant, that had clearly been there for a long time. There was hair everywhere from multiple haircuts even though they were not busy at all. Then the guy behind the counter started blowing hair around all over the place instead of just sweeping it up like a normal person. Perhaps keep a grown up on the premises to make sure things are done to the bare minimum standard. Jeez

Fantastic experience: Lad named Chance cut my hair, walked in looking dusty and walked out looking like the #1 on mens vogue. Fade was impeccable. Top trimmed to perfection. Time wasn’t too long and not too short , you can tell the lad takes pride in his work and it shows. I believe his name should be written in the history books somewhere for the amount of lives he’s saved.

Negative experience: On the 9th of April, I got the worst haircut ever at this salon. The hair dresser in the afternoon shift around 3:30 PM, who I assume was an islander with a small ponytail, did a terrible job. It was so messed up that it couldn't be easily fixed. The next day, I had to go overseas for work purposes and I did visit another hairdresser there to fix it up. He mentioned that an unqualified person had done the initial cut and tried his best to correct it. I wanted to leave a review but forgot about it then. I usually had good experiences at this salon, but this time was a huge disappointment. The stylist seemed unfazed by his mistake, but I didn't confront him since there was nothing that could be done. He should not be cutting people's hair. I won't be going to this place again.

Negative experience: Drove my partner to this barber after seeing positive reviews. Complete rush job, he was in the chair less than 2 mins and the guy absolutely butchered his hair, uneven side burns, squared off neck, choppy top. I had to tidy it up when we got home. I’ve never seen such a poor cut. I’m sure not all the barbers in this store are the same but consistency and customer care is crucial for returning business. We won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Stay out of this place its full of drop kick barbers that are stuck up and always in the rush. Especially that luke kid he got annoyed with me after I asked my hair to be blown dry as it was still too wet. It wasn't much of a request, I asked politely but he was still rude about it, he purposely pointed the blow drier on my face. Terrible cut too.

Negative experience: Normally good place but seems to have gone down hill, arrived 45 mins before closing time and was the only customer waiting. After half an hour of waiting was told if I wanted my haircut done I would have to pay an extra $25 to have it done otherwise I should come back tomorrow. Wouldn’t of been an issue had they just told me straight they couldn’t do it today up but to leave me waiting for 30 mins then tell me I need to pay $25 on top of the price of the haircut is a bit much Especially when it normally takes no longer than 10-15 mins to do and we still hadn’t reached closing time…

Negative experience: Not the best, not the worst. We drove 30 minutes in from out of town for a haircut from a barber because my son wanted a haircut off their Facebook page. Sat and waited for 30 mintures to be told no one there could do it (foehawk with tracks). Which is the whole reason you to to a barber shop like this. The young man that did my son's hair can do a good fade, I seen on the boy before, but I don't rate my sons haircut at all. The back is much shorter than the picture supplied. It's a good haircut, just not the one we wanted or asked for.

Negative experience: I took my young son there this morning. The young barber seemed completely insensitive to the fact that he was cutting an 8 year old's hair. My son appeared to be in all kinds of discomfort and upon leaving he said that the barber was rough with his head's movements. I guess this is to be expected when you've got 4 young homies for barbers who looked to be barely out of their teens. We won't be back.

Negative experience: All were really young and my sons haircut was horrible it was 1cm longer on one side very noticeable and definitely was not what he asked for unfortunately wont be heading back there

Positive experience: My 2 sons and myself had fades and a Mullet cuts and couldn’t have been happier with the end results. They had 4 Barbers on a Friday morning and it was very busy, however they managed to give everyone the attention needed for good results and also had everyone seen to in a timely manner. We will be back in 6 weeks.

Negative experience: Will never go back to kmart # the worst haircut ever asked for number 4 at the back and taper down she did a no2 and I have big gashes were she's scalped me she put gel in it to make it look better when I got home and had a shower I released how short it was oh eye brows were waxed only the top out side I should have realised but was talking alot but lesson learnt maybe a good barber for men if so don't do women's hair, sorry guys won't be back and won't recommend cheers this was the # barbers in the kmart building stockland

Negative experience: Husband waited patiently for haircut and beard trim was polite and quiet to be given an apprentice with no guidance on how to perform her task no confidence shown in her work from her colleagues and the poor girl looked like she had been awake for 3 days bec was next to her taking her shaver and clearly not giving her any guidance making her more anxious about the task at hand also said her work would be checked over and was not. Tried to charge me 45$ I said make it round 50 and put my hat on left hubby with unevenly cut hair and beard he decided to go to Youssef where they insisted it was a free correction cut highly RECCOMEND Youssef awesome barber that care about there work

Even though there was some complications getting my son to sit still through the process and my son also making a mess. Tee remained calm and got the job done. Whole team is kid friendly professional and passionate in what they do. you want a fresh cut for a affordable price check Olas out they got you covered. There’s a reason why they have been around since 2013. I will definitely be going back again for my sons 3rd haircut.

Negative experience: Usually have a lovely experience here but left with the worst haircut imaginable this time. Asked for a simple trim and got a haircut resembling an uneven horse's mane. If you want a half decent haircut from these guys avoid the bigger guys and stick to the shorter fella with the beard. Quite disappointed and can't say we'll be back anytime soon. *Also noticed that they respond to negative reviews in a unprofessional and inappropriate way rather than admitting that they did the wrong thing*

Afterwards I now have razor burn and cuts on my neck never going back. Staff were also rude and would not give me any space all standing around me scolding me.
