Experiencia negativa: I visited this shop today for a simple walk-in line-up/tape, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, I asked if they took walk-ins and was told yes. There were two barbers sitting in empty chairs, talking and laughing, while I waited. I assumed they were waiting on scheduled clients, but after waiting nearly 10 minutes, it became clear that no one had appointments and no one even acknowledged me not a greeting, not a “we’ll be with you,” nothing. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, this shop showed neither. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend a place that fails to value a customer’s time, presence, or respect.

Experiencia negativa: Why did they charge me $15 for an incomplete BEARD lineup that left me cut, razor burned, and still having to line/clean it up after? Only 1 or 2 of these guys MIGHT be decent, and I would've given 3 stars if they didn't get offended about the situation when THEY misunderstood what YOU, the customer asked for, and I approached them calmly and politely— most ppl aren't that nice, forgiving, or optimistic. Aside from that, they aren't necessarily rude. At least not in front of your face. The pic is AFTER I had to go over the stubble w/ a Braun Shaver that u can buy yourself at Target for $35. It isn't the worst lineup, but they don't leave you clean as a barber should, the sideburns aren't fully lined up either. Needless to say, I walked out dissatisfied and won't be returning.

Stay away from this place

Mora, the manager of Tato’s Barber Shop. Very detail oriented & very professional. I’m not a terrible customer, I’m actually very easy going, but Carlos could tell I was somewhat picky. Experiencia negativa: Be careful when going here. I was coming here for a year getting the same cut every time + my beard and paying the same price. Then one time I came into get that exact cut and then after it was done the barber told me the prices all went up by $10 I just find it that I’ve been a loyal customer for a year and he couldn’t warn me about that before the cut. That was really grimy of him, not sure if all barbers are like this at this spot but like I said be careful!

If I say low fade, SOMETIMES it's mid, they tend to bring my hairline high no matter what I say. I said just a fade yesterday and practically have a Mohawk now. Been going here since they opened but I think now it's time to find a new shop

I'd say 95 percent of the time everything is good, which is pretty good but it hasn't been always. There was that guy that jacked up my face and I had the pics up. He did an excellent job, even recut my beard after I went home and decided I wanted a closer trim. Refused to charge extra for the extra effort. I felt there should have been an extra charge. Experiencia fantástica: I was there with 3 of my boys without appointment. The place was packed. Tato's and its crew was able to service us really fast with a great outcome. I took 2 of my boys to another place nearby as I was in the hurry, I wish I had not, and i had kept all 5 boys with Tatos. All that to say. Don't look nowhere for your hair cut. Tatos barber shop does all type of hair with great outcome. I forgot to mention the customer service: outstanding!! I wish i had a place like that in Charlotte NC.

But it’s very unfortunate because of this one guy, I have such a bad taste. *

I went to Tatos’s barbershop for the first time yesterday and they treated my kids with excellent service. Thank you to the barber who treated my kids. I don’t remember his name but he was on the shorter side and he was wearing a headband. He did a wonderful job and I’ll definitely be coming back to see him again.

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted by Max who was the first barber to show up on 7/12/19. Not only was he extremely kind and professional, but he was nice enough to open the shop a few min early. The shop was modern, clean, and I could tell right off the bat I was in good hands. Not only did Max hook me up with exactly what I wanted, he also hooked it up with a beard enhancement which I had never done before. I would highly recommend not only this shop, but Max as an excellent barber.
