Experiencia negativa: I made it very clear that I only wanted one inch taken off the top of my hair—nothing more—and instead they chopped off around 10 inches. I specifically said not to touch the top beyond that, yet they went ahead with what they wanted instead of what I requested. To make things worse, my eyelashes were cut… something I never even asked for or consented to. I can’t understand why anyone would do that without permission. This was a complete waste of my time and left me disappointed. If you want a haircut that matches exactly what you asked for, avoid this place. They do not respect instructions or client preferences.
