Experiencia negativa: Came in and got a haircut everything was good the first time second time around I booked an appointment and then they called me saying the person I booked the haircut with wasn't going to be in and that they can get me at a sooner time but I explained to them that I might not make it due to work I'm being off in time but they said it's okay just come in anyways because I didn't want to get charged a cancellation fee so came in the following day late and they didn't mention anything about the cancellation fee so when it was time to pay I was wondering why my haircut was $90 and they said because of the cancellation fee they pulled a fast one and all the barber did was try to be a smart-ass so I didn't argue and left before things got out of hand.
