The kid cutting my hair was on his phone out of my view between each step of my haircut. I have to assume he was watching a video on how to do my haircut. He did not seem confident or well trained. Then at check out, they had the audacity to have the tip choices be 25% through 45 or 50%. Wasn’t pleased with my experience

I've gone to shops all over the valley, but he's the guy to go to, without a doubt. I get a razor fade, hard part and some of the top, but he can do just about anything. Experiencia negativa: I used to come here back when it was called Lenny’s Barbershop, never had a complaint about how they cut my hair and went there because I saw the owner as a friend. Went to Lenny’s Barbershop for over 10 years before the owner sadly passed away. Once the new owners took over the place has gone downhill fast. The barbers used to be energetic and always making you feel at home, then the last 3 times I was in there they didn’t care about anything besides if I was paying or not and had no care like they used to (btw I went to 3 different barbers there, which 2 were there back when the old owners took was alive). So sad to see a place I went to for just over a decade fall flat on its face due to new ownership!

He looked like he was falling asleep in the chair he was so relaxed. Especially after she wrapped a hot towel around his face. This place is very clean and the staff here is awesome! They have individual televisions at each station so he can watch the game or fight highlights while he's in there. Customers can watch stuff while they wait too. We went on a week day and had an appointment, but there was not a long wait for people without appointments

Both of them are completely jacked up when you put a part in somebody’s hair you follow the hairline. You don’t just put it in a random spot and now for pictures on Christmas, my kids hair Messed up and I had to pay with tip over $80 for two haircuts. Experiencia negativa: Rushed me out the chair did not communicate with me at all and the proceeded to tell me he would have so charge me for a whole hair cut to taper my sides which he did not blen or taper.and did not whipe my face i still have hair everywhere and i still left a 7 doller tip. My last hair cut i paid 150$. so to to receive service from someone who does something everyday for a living u whould think the experience would be better. Never going back and blasting this place on every platform. Never going back.

Experiencia negativa: I had the unfortunate experience of getting a haircut at this establishment today, and while the actual haircut was surprisingly decent, the overall experience left me utterly disappointed and infuriated. First of all, the barber, despite doing a good job with the haircut, seemed restricted in their ability to communicate freely with customers. It felt like I was sitting in silence throughout the entire ordeal, which is not what you expect when you're paying for a service that often includes at least some level of conversation. To make matters worse, I had received an email promising me a $10 discount after my haircut. Excited about the prospect of saving a few bucks, I eagerly went to pay, only to have my hopes dashed by the owner. They flat out refused to honor the discount that was explicitly promised to me in the email. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner had the audacity to question whether I was "looking for a bargain." This was not only disrespectful but also incredibly rude. As a paying customer, I expect a business to uphold their end of the deal and treat me with respect. The fact that they reneged on a deal they themselves offered and then insulted me for wanting to take advantage of it is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this establishment to think twice before giving them your business. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers or their own commitments, and that's not a place I want to support with my hard-earned money.I have been going gear for a year now for this kind of treatment, one star is honestly too generous for this place. I have 6 people that go to this barber and he lost all our business.

He gave me the style I asked for and having my hair cut by him was a great experience. You can tell if a person is good at cutting hair by the way they touch your head and the whole time he was doing my hair I could feel that he's a master barber. Lenny teaches them how to be proficient barbers and to even be possible business owners themselves. However, the work done by each barber has always been worth the long drived and occasional long waits for specific barbers. Mike and Sabir were my go-to barbers in the past and have all provided me, my family, and friends with consistent, high quality results.Their attention to detail and professional service cannot be found elsewhere and is still common in each barber currently in the shop. The current barber that I recommend to anybody I know is Karim. He listens to what you want and executes flawlessly. He doesn't sacrifice quality for the speed of his haircuts. His cuts are fairly quick, but definitely throrough and gentle. You could even fall asleep in his chair because he wants you to really enjoy your haircut. Other barbershops dont care if they pull hair or give subpar result for a quick buck, but Lenny's never fails to deliver the best services.

Experiencia negativa: Too much has changed. Been a customer of Lenny's since BEFORE he opened his store. Back then you could walk-in and get a good cut for a reasonable price. In the last couple years price creep has been steep (was paying around $50 about a year ago, now $80) and he's gone to appointments only now, even on Saturdays, but for a fee. Well, if you're single that may not be such a big deal to pay an extra $10 or so a head but when you have a family it makes a big difference. His waiting area used to be filled with singles and families but now nobody. Some people may say it's the sign of the times. NEGATIVE, I found another comparable barber that still charges the rate Lenny used to a few years ago and they take walk-ins only, NO APPOINTMENTS for anyone, which levels the playing field for everyone. And by the way, their waiting area was packed with singles AND families!

I told him I was keeping my hair long and growing it out. Needed a trim and style. He asked if he could use his experience to give me a cut. I said yes and it may be my fault partially for not showing a picture or being clear enough. I did make it clear to keep it long though. Before I knew it he buzzed off a chunk with a number 5 and then asked if that was OK. There's no going back after that so I just let him do his thing. Overall the cut is fine and hair grows fast. He just didn't really listen or ask to clarify. My barber was Richie. Anyways, Show a picture and clarify what you'd like I guess. Seems like a good shop, but this was my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Lenny's for my past 6 or so haircuts and have had a different barber cut my hair almost every time. I thought they were all great and what I asked for. The past couple times I have scheduled with richie because he knows his stuff. Great, down to earth guy and gives a perfect cut every time. Lenny's is easily the best haircut experience I have ever had.

Experiencia negativa: I was visiting from out of town and found Lenny's Barbershop on Google maps. I arrived 15 minutes after they had opened at 8AM but they were already full so I put my name down on the list for whichever barber would first become available. There were 5 barbers working and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. I ended up waiting 50 minutes and was in the chair at 9:05AM. This being Saturday morning (apparently they only make appointments for Monday-Friday and Saturdays are walk ins only), I understood but I wish they had told me a more realistic waiting time. Nathan was my barber and I was pretty underwhelmed by the haircut (side part with mid 0 fade on the sides). When I got home, showered, and styled my hair, I realized it just wasn't as thorough as I had expected for a $31 haircut; there were sections in the back left longer than others and my sideburns were left rather sloppy. For what it's worth, the shop itself was clean and the barbers were hospitable. Edit: A day after I had written the initial review, Lenny, the owner of the barbershop reached out to me and offered to personally take care of my haircut. Unfortunately, I was already headed out of town but I really appreciated the owner taking a personal interest in the matter. My experience was likely a rare occurrence and I would be willing to give Lenny's Barbershop another chance.
