Negative experience: took one glimpse of the type of haircut i wanted, and then continued to ruin my hair. Second trip- at first it was going good, and then he just kept cutting shorter and shorter and shorter, I thought maybe it would grow back, and when I finished I got a good look and he cut my left side WAYYY shorter than my right side, it was super uneven, he doesn't know how to cut hair.

Negative experience: If I could give *Hanny* zero, I would I went to Hanny thinking I’d get a decent haircut instead, I walked out looking like I lost a fight with a lawnmower. The man held the clippers like it was his first day on Earth. My fade? Uneven. My lineup? Crooked. My confidence? Gone. He talks more than he cuts, and when he finally does cut, it’s pure chaos. If you value your hairline, your time, and your dignity, stay as far away from Hanny as possible.

Negative experience: Only two barber are good rest of them have Poor skills The barber did mid fade on right side and high fade on left side I specifically asked him a medium and he ended up keeping it short If you have an appointment with a particular barber Say NO! to the other barbers.

Negative experience: Been coming here since 2016 and now I usually drive from Frisco to Arlington to get a haircut. I have friends here in the area so it’s worth it. But the last two times I came here I had an appointment and both times someone else cut my hair. When I went earlier in the month and my appointment got swapped I was given to new barber. He apparently closed down his store to come here. The guy gave me an atrocious bowl cut with a mullet. At the store I still tipped him and left. But since coming home, I’ve noticed out bad it is. I hoped it would grow out since then but even now the shape of my hair is ruined. Never coming back here. Good for quick cheap cut if you’re a student.

Negative experience: The Barbers here at Eclips skip over you even if you have an appointment. and it's VERY DIRTY. They allow their friends to be serviced BEFORE any other Guests. I've had to wait 3-4 hrs on several occasions. Just sitting there in an uncomfortable, stuffy, smelly waiting area. You're better off going to Proper Barber in Grand Prairie. They actually take EXCELLENT care of their Guests! Update (Reply to Owner): I had appointments each time I went to Eclips. I sat there and physically watched with my own eyes, random people just walk right in, say "hi" to Ali (the one I had an appointment with) they walked right up to him and was able to somehow get ahead of me...when it was supposed to be MY appointment time. So, no you DON'T honor the appointment system you have set-up. NEVER have I been a "walk-in". I always call ahead or book online. Just take accountability and do better next time. Otherwise, just say you're going to skip over your customers from time to time. And by the way, I always tipped VERY well. I got tired of paying $70+ (tip included) for a haircut that I had to wait 3-4 hours to get. Do better please. Your customers deserve it.

Negative experience: 50 for haircut ,when enquired why so high they made it seem like i was the one being unreasonable and said other places are charging 75 .these people are straight up robbing people.they don't have price chart anywhere and you'll only the price when you are paying at the ened.expecting 50 for haircut here in Arlington when there are so many other reasonably priced and better barber places definitely not going back . I'm telling all my friends avoid these scam artists.

Negative experience: Awful experience at this barbershop. The barber seemed clueless and gave me a haircut that was nothing like what I requested. On top of that, they charged me $50 for the cut. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Positive experience: I had a good experience at the salon. Joe gave me a great haircut, exactly as I wanted. The salon is well-maintained and now has good AC, making it a comfortable environment. I also appreciate the student discount they offer.

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely my favourite barber shop in DFW area, Ayman is awesome, very professional and respectful. Unfortunately, it is always crowded and the expected wait time is super long especially on weekends. The new online reservation system is awesome for booking in advance but good luck get a same day appointment for either Ayman or Ali, the are usually booked few days ahead. Overall I recommend this place.
