Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting my hair cut by Zay since 2018 and I’m never switching barbers. Every single time the cut is clean, sharp, and exactly how I want it. He pays attention to detail, takes his time, and makes sure you leave the chair looking right. On top of that he’s just a solid dude, so the whole experience is always good. If you’re looking for someone consistent who really knows what he’s doing, Zay is the guy.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few months now. I used to go when Ms. Lee was the barber at the same location. I am old school so I like a regular haircut and don’t really like switching up barbers once I find one. Tee has been cutting my hair for the majority of my haircuts at this location. As I was a walk-in all the other barbers were busy but Tee wasn’t and it was a blessing. She takes her time, is very detailed and remembers how I like my hair so I can just make an appointment, come in and set down and get my haircut perfect and the way I like it every time. Awesome barber and I would recommend to anyone asking for a good barber. Appointments or a walk-in if she is available.

Fantastic experience: Omar was fantastic! My daughter, who is the harshest critic of my hair, told me my cut was "FIREEE️️️!" And while that is the ultimate test of the skill, what earned this a 5-star (and I'd give more if I could) was the atmosphere. Not only did they make sure I got right in, even though I didn't have an appointment, the conversation was fantastic, and most importantly: The owner was actively mentoring 3 young people from a local school. Teaching them about the different tools and showing they options that many never know they have. What a great way to spend a morning! Looking forward to the next cut!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment that was never confirmed by Zach prior to the scheduled time. He also stated he wasn’t even at the shop at the time. I did not receive confirmation, so I canceled and got confirmed by another barber and was still charged a cancellation fee. When I reached out to explain the situation and request a refund, he refused to discuss it and declined to resolve the issue professionally. I’m disappointed with how this was handled and would not book again.

I ended leaving this barber shop..black girl that cut my hair needs to quit that place..she butchered my hair and I had to go to Supercuts to correct my haircut. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone. Or at least stay away from the black girl from cutting your hair.
