Fantastic experience: Have being a Machos Barber Shop customer since its opening. Highly recommend, all of the barbers take time to get 'get you the right cut,' the staff follows your requests and always are willing to accommodate. The staff is super friendly/nice. Everytime I come in, I know I'll get leaving with the right cut.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best in Indiana, always great skill la and the best cuts, they only employ the top stylists so no matter who you get you’re going to get a great cut, my beard is always done exactly how I want and I am very particular, all the stylists and the staff are friendly, professional and helpful, you will walk out feeling a million dollars.

Negative experience: Just because your cool with a customer and brings you chocolates doesn't mean you can skip the line! Guy clearly gets there after us i see him grabbing a ticket and steel let him get hes cut first !! Wasted over an hour there to get my kids haircut! Good way to loose customers!

Negative experience: Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I understand the language barrier might have played a part but I used a translator and everything to try to convey what I needed. He said he understood and they completely went and shaved part of my hair. All I asked was for a cleanup. That was it. I don’t know how else I could’ve said it?

Negative experience: Way over priced. Too fast of a hair cut. Many barbers there not speak good English so hard to communicate. Terrible loud dance hip hop music played, with profanity. Would not go there again..

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is very relaxed but professional, and every time I've gone there I come out looking my best. They also do straight-razor beard line-ups, which are harder to find nowadays than one might think. Ironic that I had to get *out* of the military to find people who can do a real proper fade, but I'm glad I found them. I initially went in because I figured that given its location, they would be well-versed on how to work with Latino hair especially, and am quite happy to say my assumption was spot on. There are a couple of Machos closer to where I live - and I've gotten very good haircuts there too - but I drive right past them to come here because their work is fantastic.

Gave explicit directions and showed picture references and what I got was nowhere close. Feels like the guy was just guessing. Have been coming here loyally for 5 years but this is my last visit.

Negative experience: This location isn't what it used to be. Went today and got the worst haircut I have ever had. It is a simple high fade. Only used straight razor on temples not on neck. Spent as much time and came out worse than Great Clips. Went home and had my wife fix it. Went here for the first time in a while because have been going to Geist location. The last 2 times at the Geist location have gotten the same barber and not been thrilled with the cut. Much better than today though. Used to be able to go to either location and whoever you got you would get a great cut. Unfortunately not the case any longer.

Negative experience: The guy at the counter is rude with attitude . He can’t understand english properly and got agitated when we had to shout to make him understand . The quality of haircut is average and nothing to write about .

Positive experience: It was my first time going for a quick beard trim . I wanted to trim my beard faded from side and dark in the middle . Barber didn’t understand got few cuts. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Negative experience: Never go to this barber shop I entered thinking I was about to be blessed and I ended up walking out looking like I had a dead possum on my head I asked for a simple low taper they gave me an abomination of a haircut I would rather go bald worse service for to much money come here if u wanna get a Boosie fade

I tried saying something but the guy didn’t speak any English so he didn’t stop. They also raise their rates every few months

Negative experience: Quality of the cut depends on the person. Not everyone here has good skills. The guy did not know how to blend the hair on the sides and back. Had to give him instructions and still didn't do a good job.
