Fantastic experience: Never a long wait, always a good price, and always a good cut. I used to go to diesel barber shop until I found this hidden gem. Now I get the same type of quality service for a better price. Been going here ever since. You can trust them with your hair and your beard. ;) As of mid 2025 the quality has dropped with their new staff. Even the owner I count on to do consistent quality is a bit off. No longer worth saving money when my beard and hair look like it got hacked away. Going back to Diesel Barbershop.

I had hair down to my shoulders almost and left with a short mens haircut in no time at all. Bring your whole family as theyve done my kids too

Negative experience: Asked for something and got something else. Was too late to complain since hair was already cut. Classic example of you go home and realize it looked better at the barber shop. Communication issues.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best barbershops in SA. They offer high-end services (e.g., straight razor shave, ear/nose waxing) and the prices are reasonable depending on your budget : $40 for haircut, beard trim, and ear/nose waxing. Note, this is a minority-owned and run business. Most of the barbers are Palestinians or Middle Eastern. They're all really nice and they really do give the best haircuts I've ever had. I mention the minority thing because these are good people and if you're a racist Trump-lover, stay away - no body needs your idiotic and outdated perspective and aggressions.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed our visit here. Checked for a place to take my son that was nearby and open on a Sunday and found this gem. Our barber that worked closest to the window was very sweet. You can tell the barbers here take pride in their work. They did a wonderful job! Everyone I saw in the chairs looked great afterwards. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting San Antonio for the New Years holidays, for obvious reasons all the other places asked me to make an appointment, I didn't have time to make an appointment, I called this place and without hesitation they said they would be happy to help me, an Iraqi gentleman came and cut my hair and it was the best cut I've ever had, I had no complaints, it's the best place with the best barbers, it will definitely be my favorite place.

It’s close to my place, got that good neighborhood barber shop feel, and the prices were the best I’ve seen without sacrificing the quality. The barber who did the fade by the way was Raad.

Negative experience: I got my hair cut here 6 months ago and I regret it. Because I got dandruff and really bad itching, and all my scalp had flakes all around my head. and my hair started shedding really badly. They have very poor hygiene. I really don't recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: So this may be a tad long winded. I am new to the area and my son, who’s turning 18 this weekend, wanted to get a haircut. This guy has been growing his hair out for 3 years! I was so happy he wanted it cut but I was terrified at how much a haircut would cost. We literally just moved into the neighborhood so my wallet is a tad thin. I searched for a barber close to our new place and found Areedos. I Read the reviews and was happy to see the owner actually responds. I had a good feeling about this place. Both my sons and I were welcomed with smiles. I explained our situation and boom, my son was seated. They verbally celebrated my son turning 18 and even sang some of the Birthday song. I’ve been to places where they were cutting short hair and it took 1+ hours. My son was done in less than 30 and he looked GREAT! They charged me $35. I was so grateful and my son was happy. My younger son was enjoying his time as well. Thank you for your kindness!

He has a bunch a wonderful children, so you will not only be supporting him but his whole family.. additionally the ATM is at the gas station is very easy to find across the parking lot and the prices were very inexpensive for the quality or the haircut. Negative experience: These guys are rude, dishonest, and will rob you blind. They charged me $40 for minimal haircut. And to make things worse, they tell me their card machine doesn't work. As they send me wandering around for an ATM machine in the pitch of the night, I hear one of them say in Arabic that I'm "going to run away". After 20 minutes of trying to find a place to get cash back, I come back only to be told they take cashapp. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. Do yourselves a favor and find another barbershop.

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with a hairdresser who exhibited a consistently bad attitude. Their lack of professionalism and unfriendly demeanor made the entire salon visit unpleasant. The negative attitude overshadowed any positive aspects of the service, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall experience. Although the guy who cut my hair was nice, his fellow co-worker was really bad. He was in a rush and rude with my friend .
