Negative experience: Do not know how new clients get treated here. But I can tell you that booked with raul, and he didn't show up to our appointment. I was flexible by letting him push our appointment back 15 minutes. But I walked away from the barber shop 4:25. Basically the time waited, it could have been a haircut.
