Every single time I go there, I get welcomed with such kindness. All the barbers are excellent at their work. Throughout the years that I have gone, I have never had a bad experience nor have I had my haircut messed up in a way. All my haircuts were done great and splendidly. Negative experience: recently moved here for military service and have visited your barbershop several times. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of your barbers, AJ. I missed a 15-minute appointment, and instead of communicating with me professionally, he seemed upset and ultimately refused service. I’m not angry — I just believe that if someone no longer wants to provide a service, it’s more respectful to communicate that clearly rather than ignore a customer. I’ve always shown appreciation by tipping, and I expected the same respect in return. I also noticed that when I came in wearing my uniform, I received uneasy stares, and the barbers switched languages mid-conversation. While I understand everyone has the right to speak their language, the way it was done made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I share this not out of malice but so your shop can better understand how your actions and communication may affect customers in the future.
