He did a great job not only cutting my hair int exactly what I was looking for but he also explained the process that makes the cut work as well as the styling. 4 months ago Fantastic experience: My sons barber quit cutting hair and im scared when it comes to choosing a barber for my kids hair. I decided to give Headlines Barber shop a shot. Justin cut my boys hair and I have to say he did an amazing job. My 8yr old said " I found my new barber". The atmosphere is great and we will definitely be back!!!

5 months ago Positive experience: READ FULL REVIEW: Update! So the shop manager called him and wanted to make it right. Went back for a second time and got fixed up by someone who has some experience with longer hair. We are happy with how it looks now. This is custom service. I can’t give 5 stars because of the situation but he will be back in a few weeks for upkeep. If today was the 1st cut definitely a 5 star review. Thanks again for fixing him up. Took my husband for a haircut. 1st hair cut in over 4years his hair is halfway down his back. Got a girls cut straight across the bottom, but it was not straight at all. Took way too much. Ok fine he wears it up most of the time anyway. The undercut is worse not straight at all, lots of little flyaway hairs, jagged line. So he called to get it fixed they said no problem Come in, put him in the same chair. Cut off a long piece didn’t fix the undercut. Even better the guy cutting his hair was holding a sign that said the next walk-in is free. We were never expecting a free haircut but that’s what the sign said. We walked in paid full price for the haircut plus a nice tip and this is what we ended up with. Gave them a chance to fix it actually made it worse.

Trevor was kind, patient, and took the time to ask about his style and how he wanted his new haircut. 5 months ago Negative experience: First time and the last time. I booked an appointment for 5 PM with Brad Sylva and waited 30 min and still wasn't finished with the customer he currently had. Mentioned him the appointment time with a Non-chalant response "oh you want to cancel." Will duh, I booked an appointment for 5 pm, not for 5:30. No apologies and terrible customer service. Bad business. No way this place has a 5.0 google reviews, total fraud. Have some respect for people's time.

5 months ago Fantastic experience: I had Trevor and he was the first barber I had who really asked me questions about my hair type, styling, etc, even before he touched my hair, and I have super straight hair and he worked it perfectly. His scissor work is really good and he managed to work around some cowlicks I have, and he did a nice fade.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: Just got an amazing haircut here! My barber JB Nunez was super patient and really took his time to get it right. Even though the cut went longer than the appointment slot, he didn’t rush me. The service felt professional but laid-back, and the vibe had that clean “city feel” I was hoping for. Definitely recommend if you want someone who cares about both the cut and the client. I will 100% return.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: I took my 6 year old son AJ in for a haircut with Mr. Ledarius Davis. I can’t stress enough how amazing Ledarius is! My son is not an easy client because he is severely disabled and moves alot. Ledarius was extremely patient, kind, understanding, welcoming and professional. At other salons that I have taken my son to I always felt like an inconvenience and awkward because I know it’s not easy to cut my son’s hair… BUT I did not feel like that at all at Headlines Barbershop. The owner actually has the same name as my son (AJ) and he was also very kind, professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this barbershop and I will absolutely bring my son back and I will let my friends and family know how amazing Ledarius is! Thank you sincerely for providing excellent customer service.
