Negative experience: I live 2.5 hours away, but was in town for an OKC Thunder game. I scheduled an appointment for 4:15 because I had to be out of the store by 5 at the latest, which is more than enough time for a haircut. I arrive at 4:11 and check-in with the front desk lady and she says it’ll just be a few minutes. 4:30 comes around and still no sign of anyone ready to cut my hair, so it’s too late to begin a haircut at this point and I have to cancel and leave without receiving a haircut. This was 1) Why I set an appointment and 2) Why I chose that I would be good with any of the stylists, I did not want to risk waiting. Very disappointed as there are no good places for a hair cut near my home and this was one of the few opportunities I had for one.

Negative experience: They have been double charging my card for over a year. Have called to cancel and they still keep charging my card. Called multiple times to resolve the charges and they have yet to refund any money or do anything about this. Do not give them your credit card for any reason.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I was treated very badly by the girl at the front desk. I believe her name was Tanya or Tana. I left without getting a cup because of how rude she treated me. I am a veteran. I will not be going back. I am unsure why I was treated so rudely.

Trinity is also very nice and greets you with a smile when you walk in I also had a haircut with Sarah and she is 10/10 so make sure you ask for her. She gives an amazing haircut and scalp massage

Negative experience: Came a couple weeks ago for a promo they were offering for first time new customers. I thought I’d make the drive to give this place a shot and take advantage of the promo in hopes of becoming a loyal customer. The wouldn’t grant me the promo and claimed that I’ve been there before. Never go to the city and definitely never been there until my first visit a couple weeks back. Very rude how they made false accusations and how they came up determine I came there before is beyond me. Definitely felt targeted and violated. They embarrassed me in front of the public. But they should have been embarrassed treating a customer this way. I planned on tipping them a good amount but instead they made me turn my back. I usually get a cut monthly. This would have been my new go to place but they failed, miserably. I was treated so poorly. I’m traumatized by my experience and extremely hurt that I lost sleep over it. You never know what people are going through. Be kind always. This could have been handled kindly and professionally instead of telling with anger for something I was falsely accused of.

Positive experience: As I state in all ratings where I think it could be close to a 5, I give a 4 when I think it's close to more like a 4.5 (9 out of 10), because there is always room for improvement. Sydney was awesome and the experince was really good. That's to be totally expected when getting referred by Pops (Don Cox), so ty Sydney, and the ladies upfront were very nice as well. Only name I got, so have to mention her was Trinity (and oh, what a cool name;). 10/27/24 edit: Gina, Tana, and all were very nice. Really enjoyed it and the conversation and of course the updated style.

Negative experience: I’m using a fake name because I love going here with most of the people here, but I can’t believe it when every time I’m seen by Sydney and could smell the alcohol on her. And this isn’t the first time either. Every time I’ve gotten my hair done by her I can smell the alcohol. And I’ve seen how she ostracized some of her previous employees who voice their concerns about things, she ends up firing them yet she comes into work drunk? Completely unprofessional, she should be fired and license revoked

Negative experience: STAY AWAY!! Very Shaddy!!! Just took my son in here and he walked out with a the worst fade and beard trim. Looked nothing like the picture he showed her and the stylist clearly couldn’t fade or trim a beard, he is so upset. Update: So they pitched the membership which was repeatedly declined but yesterday at midnight two additional charges from them came through on my credit card. Do not go to this place they will charge your card without consent for purchases, you did not make.
