Fantastic experience: Been to Kings Union 3 times now, the best haircuts I've ever had by far. I recommend all my friends, Mike especially is the most talented barber I've met.

Fantastic experience: Kerry was the first barber to understand the vision I wanted with my hair. Also witnessed the staff first hand deal with a less fortunate member of public who asked desperately for a free cut and without hesitation the staff ensured he left satisfied. Top notch service and a good yarn.

Negative experience: Showed up for my son’s appointment and the guy who he was booked for never showed up. Had received the confirmation email and reminder email the day before. Very disappointing when you drive from out of town for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Kere looked after me for a high skin fade. He povided a great service in a great time frame and was on time with his appointment schedule. Good conversation from Kere and shop owner Kerry which added to the atmosphere of the cozy Barber shop. An easy to find location, plus lots of parking across the road. Thanks team!

Negative experience: The team didn't even turn up to open time. I had to message to see if anyone was turning up. By the time I go a reply it was to late. Sharpen up boys. Wasn't good enough when Keri did it. It's not good enough now.

Negative experience: 40$ for a VERY SLIGHT undercut on my son, didn't trim or touch the rest of the hair. Over priced !

Negative experience: DONT TURN UP!! I booked an appointment and no one Was there to give me a cut, the place had no one there despite saying they are open and I had booked 24th s in advance. Tried contacting the owner/store number and it was pointless. Don’t waste your time bro

Negative experience: Opened the store 20 minutes late only to be told that the guy I booked the appointment with didn't show up. If the guys not going to turn up don't put him as available

Negative experience: Not at all impressed. We booked an appointment a month ago for my partners pre wedding cut and beard trim today. He just drove the 1 hour round trip to the barber for his 1.30pm appointment only to be told his barber didn’t show up today and those who were there couldn’t fit him in. Cannot fathom how they didn’t have the common decency to call us earlier in the day to let us know the appointment couldn’t be honoured, to save us a 1 hour drive. Will not be going back and don’t recommend this place if you want a secure booking or to be communicated with if your booking is cancelled
