Negative experience: Not at all advised. I repeatedly stated how I wanted my hair , but each time I received the opposite result and uneven hair length everywhere, I had an extremely negative experience. The workers may not be fully conversant in English. In addition, they gave me a cut, which I didn't request, and tomorrow is my major office meeting. After doing all of this, they charged me the whole amount for such a negative experience.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the customer service, they took my money on a booking online for an appointment that they didn't honour and didn't offer any other alternative like rebooking or refund. I tried to call many times, sent texts and emails but no answer whatsoever. I have been loyal to you for years and it is the way that you are treating your customer. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend the place anymore. Unacceptable...

Negative experience: Approached the store this morning for a haircut, the girl seemed to be putting stock away. I said good morning to which she looked at me, rolled her eyes and continued what she was doing. Sat for 5 minutes being ignored until I left. To which she still didn't address. Terrible way to treat custom for any business.

Negative experience: My son had his hair cut here the girl doing it said she was hung over and wouldn't listen to what he wanted so we got up and left very unprofessional service avoid this place and go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Booked 2 appointments at the Dundalk establishment for 2 different people. Only 1 could be done at the time because their lady's hairdresser was out on lunch. On top of that the online booking is unable to differentiate between gents and lady's haircuts. My friend had his hair cut and received good treatment. After waiting an hour for myself I had my hair done only to find that they had butchered it. The cut is uneven and the hairdresser made some decisions which seem unfathomable in hindsight. The only saving grace for this disaster hairdo is the price, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Price was definitely too good to be true. Suffice to say that I won't be returning there. Chapz should stop doing women's haircuts.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff, very efficient and friendly

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and ugly behaviour to your customers, I went today with my two boys for a cut and member of staff (blonde, long hair, middle aged) finished with one customer and looked at us clearly wasn't in form for work she just passed by with no explanation or even apology and yes it's fair to say there was nobody else in the queue. I went there for years and just let you know you lost 3 customers over unprofessional, lazy and rude stuff.

Negative experience: Had an appointment today for 5.30pm still at 6.30 hadn't been taking asked the girls what was happening I was given a phone number to call the manager his response was it's not his fault it's the online booking system that only gives 15 minutes per customer I would definitely be not making an other appointment

Negative experience: Made appointments for child’s haircut, when attended was told to come back in an hour or so because the place was “busy” absolute waste of time and very poor treatment by staff

Negative experience: I've never before left a review but so annoyed with the bad service today. The lady I usually go to is very good but was not here today. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

Negative experience: Very slow, staff go missing alot, music too loud

Negative experience: too slow. they take smoke breaks after every haircut. even if the place is full. the long haired chap who works here spends more time talking than talking, and is deliberately slow if he has a kids hair to cut next. also dont take your children if they cant sit on the seat on there own, the unfriendly Latvian ladies do not allow you to sit with your child during haircut.
